I chose this hotel for our family stay as it was great value for money. The property did not dissappoint and the staff went out of their way to accomodate us. Chatting to Fazil he insisted we try an authentic creole family feast at the Horizon resturant down on the beach on our last night. It was a real treat! Sabrinda was the lady that took care of our room and each day made animals out of our towels. Nothing was too much of an effort for the staff and the gardens and areas around the hotel are really well kept.

We stayed here from Feb 20 to March 08 and had the most relaxing and wonderful time at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely reception staff and as breakfast had a little time remaining we were given a table before checking in. Our room had been made ready for our arrival although 4 hours before check in. The facilities are well laid out with just a few steps to the bar on the beach and main bar next to pool,restaurant and entertainment stage. The beach has pristine white sand which is cleaned daily and clear waters. We stayed in room 404 and had a lovely view of the gardens and sea. It was kept immaculate by our maid Kajal who would make animals from the towels and leave at the foot of the bed. At the pool and beach bars we were kept refreshed and entertained by Mitchun Elvis and Neelesh who do such a fantastic job interacting with the guests. The buffet food is very good and always something to enjoy. We had a meal at Horizon the restaurant on the beach for a supplement which was delicious but certainly too much for us to eat so well worth the extra. The nightly entertainment of local singers and dancers was very good. If you have any requests or concerns just find Faisal who is the go to man. He will sort out anything the best way he can and is a big asset to the hotel. In short. This is a hidden gem where although it is rated at 3 stars the fantastic staff give you a 5 star experience. We will definitely be returning again to this beautiful resort and reuniting with new made friends at our home from home.

Great hotel. Modern, incredible beach, amazing snorkelling. Food is delicious! Good accessibility to drinks from both the beach and the pool. Unfortunately the service at this hotel isn’t great. They are short staffed and friendliness and attention to detail in terms of service and customer experience isn’t as good as we have received at other hotels in Mauritius. If service isn’t a priority for you then this would be a great choice!

Our stay at Rogers Hospitality got off to a bad start due to poor communication about the airport transfer. We were left waiting an hour without clear instructions on the collection point for the transfer we had already paid for. When we raised this issue, we were met with unprofessionalism—reception staff spoke rudely, and management passed us from person to person instead of taking responsibility. Although we were offered lunch on the beach as compensation, we still had to follow up repeatedly to confirm our return transfer. The hotel has potential, with stunning views of a beautiful beach and a decent room, but it falls short in several areas. The bathroom felt outdated and grubby, the balcony needed a proper cleaning, and the food was lackluster with limited variety. Worse, the buffet area was unhygienic—birds were landing on uncovered food and eating from serving spoons and plates. Staffing levels were inadequate throughout. Restaurant tables weren’t cleared promptly, cutlery and mugs were often unavailable, and the bar frequently had just one staff member during busy times, resulting in long waits. The all-inclusive menu was limited, and cocktails were inconsistent. Additionally, having to sign for every meal and drink—even under the all-inclusive plan—felt unnecessary. Overall, our experience was disappointing due to avoidable issues that proper management and attention to detail could have resolved.

Amazing staff, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is small but has everything you need. Food quality is very good, not much variety for fussy children though but there is a Pizza Hut nearby and taxis available from the hotel so was not an issue. Would definitely return!!

Very nice hotel, excellent service, great location. And the staff is so helpful and polite. Yuo must definitely visit the pool bar with many coctails and moctails. :) Many family activities: snorkling, domino games, joga by the beach - we had a lovely time.

We already miss this place! The absolute first and best thing about this place is the staff. A very warm welcome upon arrival and consistently made sure that we were content with everything from our room to the food and everything else in between. Our room was beachfront and it was spacious and clean. All of the hotel grounds are extremely well maintained. We didn’t really use the pool but from what we saw it seemed fine. The beach is white powdery sand and it is cleaned of seaweed daily. The food was ok, we always managed to find something there to eat. Towards the end of our 10 night stay we perhaps started to get a bit bored of it, but that’s the same with most All Inc I think. Not all of the drinks are included in the all inclusive package which is a shame. It would be better if there were no restrictions. Whilst the hotel boasts two restaurants, it is only the buffet restaurant that’s all inclusive. The other restaurant you need to pay for. The use of water sports is included and this is generous.

The Hotel was lovely with the mauritius style which made it have that special touch. Room service was excellent daily big shout out to all the staff who were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Remember your in mauritius so have patience with the staff they don't rush it's the way they work nice and casual. I would recommend you get shown on Arrival everything regarding the hotel as this all inclusive is very different when getting drinks and food. The hotel gardens are well kept and beautiful then you walk to the perfect location beach with pure white sand and lovely new beds. If your looking for any trips I would definitely recommend the boat trip visiting the islands waterfall and monkeys as well as snorkeling and amazing stop off island food with entertainment the staff were brilliant and you will love the day on this boat trip very special with fantastic views. As any hotel there's always room for improvement and for me the management need more glasses as the staff spent more time looking or washing glasses returned not brilliant.Anyway as a family we had a lovely time at the Veranda palmer beach and would recommend this hotel especially just for the beach alone without its other bonuses. Very nice Enjoy.

Clive the entertainment man was absolutely amazing, he took me and my husband cycling this morning and went at a steady pace was very kind and thoughtful! He also does aqua aerobics and is patient and kind. He is worth his weight in gold! Also the guy also who took us snorkelling was extremely kind to me as I didn’t like it and he took great care of me. These people are absolutely wonderful and look after each and every guest. We currently staying here and as yet haven’t a bad word to say about anyone. Everyone looks after you and makes sure you are safe and well looked after.

It should be considered a 4 star hotel. The service is second to none. The rooms are clean and staff are so friendly and professional. We were made to feel welcome from the time we checked in until we checked out. The place is beautiful. Your staff member named Zuu deserves all the praise and a promotion for excellence service! I can’t thank him enough.

We received a warm welcome from beginning to end of our stay there. Everything was excellent: food, drinks, clean rooms, entertainment ... the staff is fully trained, assure the service and shows professionalism. All have very good manners and cordial conversation with ALL clients. We had a great time there. Thumbs up. Thanks to the team. Keep it up

Lovely boutique hotel, great location; great staff and special thanks to Poonam and Suren amongst many others. My only criticisms are the quality and presentation of lunch and dinner and the lack of staff at the cocktail bar, I would suggest a guest facing beer tap as it takes a long time to be served if other guests are ordering multiple cocktails.

I had the pleasure of having lunch at the hotel on the occasion of my fiancé's birthday. I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure we felt welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy gourmet food with outstanding hospitality!
