I am writing this review from my superb room 2206 on the massive terrace watching the sea . This hotel is everything you hope for . Super clean, room slick and comfortable, hotel really good quality for value and very commodity compacts and easy to reach . Food is fresh and plentiful, drinks are good quality but mainly fhis hotel stands out because of the team ., every one so welcoming and professional, they cannot do enough to satisfy you and make your stay memorable. The hotel has a few positive aspects — the reception staff are friendly and welcoming, and the outdoor pool is large and well-maintained. However, several elements left us disappointed: • There are no English-language TV channels in the rooms. • The animation team is energetic, but all activities are in Italian only. • The food is repetitive and uninspiring, and we even found small threads or fibres in some meat dishes. • The “all-inclusive” offer is very limited: no proper snacks between meals (just a few olives and nuts), and drinks like tonic or Campari cost extra. • Cocktails at the bar are very basic and unimaginative — definitely not what you’d expect from a resort. • The beach is difficult to enjoy: access to the sea is over large, sharp rocks, and the water near the shore is very shallow (30–50 cm). • Despite being advertised as a “spa hotel”, use of the indoor pool and sauna is not included and requires additional payment. In summary, while the staff and pool are commendable, the overall experience does not live up to the expectations of a proper all-inclusive 4* spa resort.

We paid the all inclusive premium which is not inclusive premium at all. Drinks at the bar are limited and their quality is low. Focaccia served is as hard as rock, some peanuts and stale salted crackers. Fruit corner is just apples. We were there different times; no pizza or hot dogs as previously mentioned in an email I received. Staff there are mainly rude. Room air conditioner..... This is the 3 rd sleepless night for me. Room is hot and humid. Reported it but still remained the same. Giro pizza.... We were seated at the far end of the restaurant and whenever a piece of pizza reached us it was cold. We were served roughly 4 thin slices and drinks here were also from a machine and low quality. Food at the restaurant was mainly ok but nothing special. Night entertainment is a show for kids and then a low quality performance for adults. It would have been better for me to spend me money elsewhere! Surely not worth the eur1933 I spent for 4 nights!

It’s a hard place to review .. It’s hard to point out any one thing that was wrong with the hotel as it was generally pleasant all round. The rooms although very basic were charming but lacked anything memorable about them. The food was a good standard with a good variety on offer but again nothing memorable.. the staff were all friendly and willing to help at any point and really there was no fault at all on that front. the pool is laid out nicely with plenty of beds and access to the beach via a 30 second walk which again was well laid out with plenty of beds. The location is fairly remote meaning if you arent into the traditional all inclusive entertainment then you’re fairly stuck for things to do. The only issue we found is the lack of ‘all inclusive’ on offer. There is a pizza resteraunt On site which charges €20 per person for a buffet style pizza service. There is a pool bar that opens at 10am which serves very very basic drinks, if you want a gin and tonic, the gin is free but the tonic comes at a premium, there’s an ice cream freezer which again comes at a premium. The bar snacks covered by the all inclusive stretch to essentially bread whilst there is pizza and sandwiches available at a charge. if you’re looking for an all inclusive that means you won’t need to open your wallet during your stay then this hotel isn’t for you, if however you want a quiet hotel on the Sardinian coast like and you don’t mind paying every now and then, then it’s a great hotel.

2-3 star food - remote location and no choice of shops & restaurant for lunch - if half board option Staff friendly and generally clean, but dated very 1980s in decor and not in touch with the current tourist / traveller requirement's. I don’t think the hotel warrants a 4 star status due to the limited basic food provided Definitely a 3 star at best, I think the spa and pool pictures gives the impression of quality but dated and shabby now

Fabulous friendly staff on reception/waiting staff and a spacious environment however the food was terrible, lack of choice and flavours. I work for an airline so I go on several holidays a year to many hotels all over the world. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, they need a free shuttle into town every hour like other remote hotels I’ve stayed at. The pool Cafè only offers pizza or ham and cheese sandwich, literally that’s it, no salads or veggie/chicken option., I’m hungry as there is nothing to eat without dairy or red meat I would not stay here again.
