We had a delightful four-night stay at the West Street Inn. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. Our room was clean and well-appointed, even including a washing bidet. The hotel's location on a quiet street (西街) was incredibly convenient for evening shopping. The staff at the front desk, and especially 小郭, provided exceptional service. 小郭's assistance with booking a taxi to Xiamen was particularly appreciated; he even helped with our luggage and ensured we were safely in the taxi before leaving. While the hotel is a short walk from the 钟楼 area and lacks a lift, the staff readily assisted with our luggage. Despite these minor details, our overall experience was exceptionally pleasant. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Arrived late , probably the last guest to check in and the moment I arrived they were ready to check me in asap , also fruits platter and desert were sent up to my room as a welcome gift . Location is in the middle of west street . Perfectly located , good ambience , with a touch of Minan history building and service was great as well .

Hard to find the hotel. Taxi dropped me at one of the alleys because driver was worried he wouldn't be able to u-turn if he went further. Need to walk some distance from the main road to reach the hotel and it can be very challenging at night with heavy luggage. Likewise need to walk the distance if you are taking didi. One thing I loved about this hotel though is the food. There were welcome fruits, the breakfasts were served in tray with lots of side dishes and very delicious and filling and there was sweet soup at night. Reno of the hotel is also fresh-looking. Reception is also very helpful to guide me to the main road and because the hotel is in the middle of the city, theres numerous 2 rmb rides that you can just flag down, hop on and it will bring you to literally anywhere within a fairly big radius of the city.

The front desk staff is very friendly and the service attitude is very cordial. The room is very spacious, comfortable, bright, clean and hygienic. The location is in Quanzhou West Street, a famous and lively tourist attraction.

One of the nicest places we've stayed at so far. Located in the heart of the ancient town it's minutes away from the food street and main tourist attractions. The room is spacious and quiet, the interior is tasteful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Don't worry if you don't speak Chinese, there's an English speaking member of staff who'll guide you through your stay in the birthplace of Minnan culture. They recommend you fine places to eat, things to see and even organize some cultural experiences for you. Thank you Angus, you made our stay truly special.

We love this hotel for the team’s great service and room cleanliness. The two Ms Guo, Mr Guo and their team are all great service providers . They provide good supper as well. The hotel location is very good as it is near the Famous KaiYuan ! We plan to come back again when we come to Quanzhou!

The hotel is really beautiful with well chosen furnitures and the rooms are spacious and well furnished. They provide you a map of the city center and there is a lot of books about the city. You are offered a sweet soup or cakes in the evening and there is a real tea service and fruits in the room. The only problem is the breakfast that is a bit lacking. Also for the location, it is near the West Street and it is a really good location, but it is not really convenient to come with big luggages, because the taxi can’t drop you near the hotel, you have to walk like ten minutes to the hotel.

這是我住過最滿意的民宿！環境超級好！非常乾淨 地方也很大，一樓還有調酒的吧枱、休息室、還能製作焚香體驗感超棒！ 出門就是西街，簡直不要太方便 在樓下享受特調酒開啟美好的住宿體驗🍷 一進房間就被滿滿的誠意感動到，桌子上擺了點心和水果還有泡好的茶 床上乾淨整潔，用毛巾摺好的大象旁邊還有一張歡迎卡！真的儀式感滿滿 房間外面有陽台可以欣賞泉州的夜景🌃 下次來泉州還住這裏！！

酒店真的很棒！閩南風格設計，進門就看到超美的院子。前台掛着李光地的船頭詩，工作人員不僅講了它的故事，還教我們怎麼讀，很有意思。套餐裏還有免費的開元寺導覽，講解員講得超好，這次的旅行收穫滿滿。強烈推薦！

終於回到熱鬧的市區了，這家西街行舍真的很閩南。（¯▽¯）👍 建築是閩南風格的紅磚，門口有着一對石獅子。辦完入住就有閩南特色糕點吃。 我的房間門口是“畫仙”（閩南話，聊天的意思）的小院子，房間裏放着閩南茶葉。房間還有一個小陽台可以吹風、看西街人來人往。 一睡醒可以在西街行舍的茶室進行品茗制香（^_^）⊃🍵，中午到西街吃閩南菜，下午拿着西街行舍給的寶人戲茶的券看了一場非遺演出。傍晚西街的晚霞超美😍！！！答應我一定要看完晚霞再離開西街。（⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎）
