The building is undergoing renovations right now, so the reception area and the ground floor are a little dusty. The room is fine, although not perfectly clean.

Spacious room and good location. Under renovations so a bit noisy at times. Helpful an responsive counter staff. However , water splashed out from sides of shower area although door closed.

I love it because it's close to eateries, or if I choose to, they are ¥2 away. The open van are many and can be spotted outside the hotel or on my way out. Everything is so "near", just ¥2 away.

Hotel located at a very strategic location, its located at the center of the city which make it very convenience to go anywhere through walking and also using their cute public transport named as 小白, you can get to many of the travel destination

The building is quite old (different from the photos). Some of the tiles in the toilet are broken, the floor in the room and the toilet is not properly cleaned. The hotel is quite far from west street, 30 minutes walk. If u like the food in west street, u should stay near west Street.

This hotel is quite rundown and is totally different from the photo. TV is not working and table is dirty and the room is poorly lit. Not accessible for those in wheelchair as there are steps leading to lobby. The only thing that I like is the location.

If you are not satisfied with the room type, please call the front desk at any time. The Receptionists will help you choose the right room you like. Your comments have been received by the hotel. Regarding the hygiene issues you raised, we will strictly require that every room need to be received. After two inspections between the class and the manager, it can be put into sale normally, and employees will be organized to carry out all-round disinfection work on the hotel every day to ensure your peace of mind. Regarding the barrier-free access to the lobby at the door, we will provide all help if necessary. It is our duty to let guests enjoy a good check-in experience. I hope our improvement will welcome you again.

I have been upgraded for free which was nice and the location is great . However the room was really dirty, the hotel very old and a bit creepy. Not a very good value.
