You can stay in the hotel all day long and wouldn't feel bored! We could have stayed one day more. Afternoon Tea is a bit boring but the surrounding is very nice!

Great resort. Delicious food! However, it’s not a sulphuric hot spring but a mineral hot springs with no smell.

Beautiful resort. Delicious breakfast. Children enjoyed amenities and big bathtub.

Perfect getaway from the bustling Guangzhou. Had a great stay with the hot springs and your own private hot tub. So much activities available for us to enjoy and we had so much fun! However, toddler had a bad fall at the indoor playground and the team was so thoughtful to send us to the hospital for checks and the manager, Bryant drove us and stayed with us all the way to make sure all is good. Upon checking out, another manager came to check on us and prepared some medicines and snacks for our toddler. Really impeccable service. Thank you to Bryant, the other manager and the team! Will definitely be back! ❤️

Nice hotel and service, ideal for families or couples to disconnect from busy city life.

Very nice and relaxing ambience. Food was really good and staff was friendly. We went to celebrate a birthday so the staff prepared a cake for us which was really sweet of them. Room was super spacious and nice. Would recommend this for anyone looking for a little getaway from the city.

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. Amazing new property. Perfect for relaxation. A bit away from everything, so if your planning to stay in house… it’s a perfect choice.

Excellent staff at the archery. She was so patient and taught us to aim the arrow. She was a pro The staff there so attentive and saw mosquitos attacking my husband and offered to give him repellant before he even asked

A very nice hotel — we love it so much! The environment is superb, the breakfast is delicious, and the kids’ clubhouse is wonderful. It’s perfect for families. Spacious, clean rooms and super friendly staff made our stay extra comfortable. Highly recommended!
