The building is from 1990th and needs restoration. Our room after couple rainy days has leaks from ceiling. Other than that the place was OK. The price was honest. Location is good, very close to metro, shopping malls and the beach. Shopping mall has nice food court and a grocery store.

This hotel is in an excellent location, which is a two minute walk from the nearest subway station and a five minute walk to the main qingdao beach, and one of the best malls in the area. I would definitely recommend it as a cheap option, which ticks many boxes.

Hotel is on great location! Except that fact, it is just an afforadable sleepover place. Room was small and not so clean. Breakfast is in seafood restaurant nextdoor, very bad.

第一次來青島遊玩、其他玩的挺開心🥳的，就這酒店很鬧心😠屋裡異味難聞、空調漏水，滴搭一夜，第二天找前台小姐姐處理、態度極差，跟欠她錢似的，無語😓無語🙄，（不知道的還以為是老闆呢、這麼豪橫）居住這麼多次酒店，第一次遇到，
大家選酒店慎重！海邊酒店很多哦

服務：沒有服務，取電卡要了也沒有
活脱脱的旅館
房費663元，訂了就後悔，退房扣50%房費，霸王條款！！！青島沒消協，沒有市場管理局麼！！！
不曉得是這個旅館先找攜程合作等還是攜程先找這個旅店合作的，反正丟了攜程的品牌分。
從來沒有給商家差評過，憋不住了！
太破了都不想拍，黴味異味太大了，油煙味，海鮮臭味！

房間很破舊，地板也是壞的，毛巾也很臟差！而且五百多一晚的房費，也不便宜吧？補給一瓶礦泉水都不給的，體驗感很差，環境和設施根本不值這個價格，大家儘量避坑，離他家大概200米的地方就有桔子酒店，同等價位的房間性價比要比這個好幾倍！很後悔選了這個酒店！

酒店外景實圖和網上不一樣，酒店外部實際破舊，周圍環境很差、很亂；酒店內部：走廊一股發黴的味道，房間裏面也有黴味，體驗感很差；價格較貴，酒店環境、設施、服務，根本配不上這個價格。總之，這是一次失敗的預訂，並且衹要預訂就不能取消，取消也要收費，霸王條款。
