This rooms had some problems with AC but with open window that season was okay. So I’ll put 10/10 because I was really enjoying my stay

I would not recommend this place to stay as it is neither cheap nor clean. The only good thing about it was the view, although the windows were quite dirty. The room I booked was “ luxury” but it was nothing like luxury. The walls are moldy and dirty, the kettle was dirty and the service was just average. Walls are not think and you can hear your neighbors. I called a cleaning lady to get some cleaning done which was better then. The positive side is the location, the view and the washing machine inside the bathroom. Shower was ok but not too clean.

The view of the room was amazing and the place was nice and clean but there was a point where I was not given the same room I chose but still a great experience and a nice place

The host is responsive and flexible. Check-in was a bit confusing but worked out ok. The unit has a good view of the sailing center vicinity and part of the May fourth square. It is an older unit without kitchen, so not much amenities but ok for a solo traveler. Overall, it was a good stay.
