It was my first time staying at The Holiday Inn, and it was such a pleasure. My friend and I went to Qingdao for her birthday. I contacted the hotel via trip.com to ask if they can prepare a small cake for my friend for when we arrive as a surprise. I also mentioned that I would pay extra for the cake.The manager, Davis, called me within a few minutes and confirmed my request free of charge. They made the weekend very special. I want to thank all staff at the Holiday Inn for their friendliness and help. I want to give a special thanks to Davis, the manager who made the weekend extra special. All staff speak English. The rooms were immaculate. I can't fault anything. The Holiday Inn is definitely my go-to hotel when I visit Qingdao again.

The hotel its really strategic in the center city, the room nice and big. The staff its helpfull. But the only things in the rooms is, when during the day a bit hot, because when we came on winter so the staff said the heater control all in the hotel. And about the buffet breakfast a bit boring with the menu. If you stay for 2 or 3 days still ok, but more than that a bit bored. Well… from all, was good.

The hotel service was perfect. Especially, Amber was so nice and kind. Thanks to Amber, our trip was amazing. Thank you :)

Overall happy with the stay. Great service. Staffs always help with a happy face . Amber and Lisa were very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast.

I was so satisfied during my stays in Holiday in Qingdao City Center. The hotel was located right next to the subway station, so it was easy to go anywhere, and also, it is near the tourist spots, so you can take a taxi with the low cost to brewery musium, night market, Zhanqiao Pier, and so on. And the best part of the hotel would be its kind staff; especially "Jason", he helped me a lot when I was sick and went to emergency room. He helped me to be treated by the doctor at midnight; registering to the hospital, translating doctor's comments, and guiding me to the right place for the treatment for hours. I am so sorry that I could not express well how I was appreciated to him at that time because I was too sick. I hope all the staff at the hotel would be on a roll this new year.

The service staff are courtesy and helpful. The room are big and clean. The breakfast varieties are good spread.

on pictures it shows very nice hotel but in reallity the rooms are old , carpets of floor are dirty.

We came from overseas and rooms were well-equipped with UK-type plug chargers which was an added convenience. Noticed most of the staff are fluent in English as well. This hotel is tip-top with its cleanliness, and staff are always helpful and are willing to step out of their way to help assist you, especially Amber and Sherry who helped us check in. Hotel is near Inzone Mall and Fushansuo Metro Station, and the main Xianggang Middle Rd Area! Great stay at this hotel and would definitely consider staying with them again!

It's the matter of what you offer & what you pay. The hotel needs to be renovated & cleanliness especially the shower area with strains & shower water pressure. Besides, the window has to be clean & hairs & dust are found somewhere. Breakfast is fine as a stars hotel

This is an hotel hotel that is centrally located to May 4th touristy areas. Breakfast spread was fine, offering a great variety. However, the room itself is a bit run down and the towels had stains on them when we first checked in. There is only one English speaking staff and everyone is very helpful but is not able to communicate in English. There is a convenient store just at the lobby. Pool was average. They have an indoor one which requires a swimming cap and the pool itself is very basic... overall, it was a good stay/value but I cannot strongly recommend it.

This hotel is amazing and the location is very convenient. The hotel staff are polite. I really like the food, hotel chefs cook so good. I really enjoyed my stay here. I even extended my stay here for two more nights. I highly recommend to everyone.
