Generally, I would highly recommend for everyone, whether you are travelling solo, friend or as a couple. The location of the hotel is extremely appropriate to visit the vast majority of the city’s best attraction destinations. Furthermore, the room was very clean and has a pretty view to the street and the sea. Last but not least, the price of the room with double queen beds is very cheep. Therefore, if you are looking for an excellent place and cheep place to spend your time in Qingdao, I will definitely praise 3space apartment hotel for you.

Big great sea view apartment for a very good price. Heating was working well compared to more expensive hotels I've stayed in and staff is always happy to help.

Clean and very big room with a view of other skyscrapers and sea. The room has a microwave included.

The room was okay, but the state of the walls and furnitures left more to want. The power outlets didn't work properly and the lights were flickering as well, for this price I don't think that is acceptable.

Location was great for the start of the Qingdao marathon. It is a very basic service apartment but the front desk staff try to accommodate guest requests.

Terrible customer service. Rude staff- and no it was not a lost in translation rudeness it was plain coldness and lack of desire to help with basic matters. The place itself is completely soulless, it feels like you are entering a building about to be demolished. Old, natty carpets and a deeply austere atmosphere to the whole place. The room itself does have a nice view, but the air conditioning does not work. It is some old knob that you twist but might as well be attached to a rain cloud for all it does. The internet is...HORRENDOUS. It just about works within one specific co-ordinate of the bed. If you want wifi to reach the desk, as I did when I sat down to try an do some work- tough luck. A 5cm area around the bed and slow as old snails. The worst of it is they have the nerve to try and charge me for a late check out. I have never in my life had an issue with this but they try and pull this one on me. I bit my tongue throughout the stay but now they can have this bad review in exchange. Nobody came to my room to check on me, even when I went to check out and ask if I could use the toilet beforehand they refused. Cold, soulless, austere and with no proper staff to facilitate anything. There isn't even a phone in the room to contact anyone. Don't you dare try and scam me to pay a late check out fee that you concocted from nothing. I will not allow you to rip me off

Room like in the pictures. However there was a wierd smell from the bathroom and some spiderwebs in the room. Service was very nice..

Cosy and affordable place located in the best location to visit major attractions in the city.

A cheap, decent accomodation in the heart of the city! Walking distance to $th may Square and the Olympic Sailing Center, perfect for business travellers but also if you want a glimpse of Qingdao.

The best part of this place was the location. Everything else was a let down. First of all I arrived and the entire bathroom was flooded and It stayed like that until the end of my stay. The sliding bathroom door was broken so I had to shower with the door open. The bathroom needs serious renovation it looked extremely dilapidated and mouldy. The kitchen wasn’t even a proper kitchen, the microwave just didn’t work and I was unable to heat up any food. I also found some dead bugs on the floors. The room was also super dusty and the AC made this loud clicking sound every time it was on. Some of the towels also had some stains. They provided a comb and toothbrush and some shampoo and body wash but that was it. The cleaner was super kind and friendly and came each morning to give me bottled water and new towels. Would not stay here again.
