I had an amazing stay at 启东银州希尔顿逸林酒店 From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The front - desk staff, especially Sherry, truly made my experience exceptional. Sherry was incredibly friendly and efficient. When I checked in, she patiently answered all my questions, provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities, and even gave great recommendations for local restaurants. During my stay, whenever I needed anything, I could always count on Sherry to respond promptly and with a genuine smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well - appointed, and the hotel's facilities were top - notch. But it was Sherry's outstanding service that really set this hotel apart. She is a credit to the establishment and I will definitely be back, largely because of her wonderful hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay, where excellent service is not just a promise but a reality.

Very nice rooms and restaurant. Lounge not worth it since refill of food was lacking

It is just a place to stay, for business, with nothing much around in the hotel. I did not have so much options as English speaking hotels are limited.

The non-smoke room is clean and “actually”has no smoke smell which is hard to find given relatively high smoking population in China. The front desk is helpful. The breakfast has lots of varieties.

We had a lovely time at the hotel.

禁漁期來啟東就是想避開人羣，躲個清閑，訂酒店一直在皇冠還是希爾頓糾結，最終選了希爾頓，也確實沒有選錯 位置: 新區市政府斜對面，非常敞亮的一個地方 服務:前台都很熱情，打掃衞生的阿姨們也很好，餐廳的服務小姐姐也不錯 早餐&晚餐我都在酒店用餐，中餐廳的青茄蟹醬真的不錯，口味非常棒，還有自助早餐的啟東捲餅也是一絕✌🏻 停車: 可以加入一下車牌識別嗎，唯獨這個每次出去都要掃碼有點麻煩

酒店入住很舒適，環境也不錯，我個人非常喜歡，酒店員工熱情好客，服務員小楊Emine，小王Amber和小謝Sherry非常好，下次還會繼續光臨！
