We have stayed at this hotel previously 14 years ago as a couple this time round with the children. Upon check in we were upgraded to a family room with sliding doors which was a lovely surprise! Room service is great waters refreshed everyday and beds made up! My daughter was ill one night and housekeeping were very prompt and helpful at getting things sorted for us! The hotel itself is lovely, well kept and the staff are super helpful and friendly! We took our own plastic pint glasses for the bar as the takeaway cups are tiny almost shot sized there wasn’t any problem filing them for us. There is plenty to do on site, bus to the beach, an animation team throughout the day, waterslides and Use of the sister aqua park over the road. The kids pool and wave pool are heated and a few of the slide pools to so no problems getting in! The VR room was brilliant very high tech (it could do with a better queuing system as sometimes feels a free for all) there’s ping pong, pool tables, crazy golf, and the gondola at night is lovely! Evening entertainment there’s a mini disco followed by a show then disco. The sports bar has popcorn till 10pm and the bakery is open 10-10pm cakes and coffee always available! The free WiFi is very intermittent! There’s several restaurants although they all seem to serve similar things, after 10 days it got a bit repetitive but we never went hungry! Could do with an Ala carte or 2 I did like the burger restaurant concept. The beef tandoori was lovely! They also have late night food and early breakfast from 12-6am I think Sadly the drinks let this holiday down the wine was undrinkable, cocktails limited - 4 , a screwdriver, Cuba libre, mojito and a gin one, drinks were definitely watered down and some were totally undrinkable! We were able to get sunbeds pretty much all day although busier by wave pool! Weather in Feb was lovely 23/24
