The services in general were wonderful, the reception staff mr.wael ,mr.ahmed and mr.marwan were friendly and very nice and polite , the aqua park and VR section for the children were beautiful and safe, the night parties were amazing, and Olivia from the animation department helped my daughter and supported her in many situations. We spent 11 amazing nights at this hotel (4 adults and 3 children) We were stunned to find that all the VR games were free and whilst the kids had a great time so did the adults All the slides kept the kids entertained and we have to mention our cleaner for room 5111 he was amazing, our room was spotless every day and had little towel arrangements for when we returned after a hard day sun bathing Another shout out went to the life guards / bar staff and the animation team who kept us laughing the whole time, I can’t recall the young man (Russian animator), if you want a work out then he delivers lol Pool party’s / fire shows were the best parts of the entertainment as well as my daughter winning Miss Hotel Whilst the food was a little repetitive you certainly won’t starve

One of the reasons we loved this hotel was because of abdell he made us feel so safe and welcoming we was never bored when he was around also one of the reason we traveled back the following week the hotel was amazing very friendly they all was willing to be returning very soon

Best hotel we’ve been too, the hotel is like a mini village with everything you need for the family the waterslides are amazing, it’s just a short walk to their sister aqua park where you will find more bigger slides for the older ones and so many pools for the little ones. Food was great and always something different to try. For all inclusive it was definitely better than what we’ve had before. The kids loved the VR room such a cool experience we even queued up with the kids to have a go as it got very busy . The entertainment was awesome with a wide range of different shows every night. Our highlight of our holiday was meeting Abdell from the entertainment team. He really made our holiday special he is so welcoming, enthusiastic, helpful, and very fun, always encouraging everyone to take part in the activities. A big shout to everyone who works there, they work so hard and always have a smile on their face and always willing to help. The room cleaners were outsiding Ebraham who cleaned our room would shape the towels from crocodiles to elephants everyday for the kids we loved coming back to the room. This holiday was 10 out of 10 will definitely return.

For our holiday this year we spent it at pickalbatros aqu blue resort and spent a great time there, the resorts territory is very eye catching and beautiful, very clean and the staff make sure the place is always up to standard, there is alot for kids to do but the only problem we had was food selection, the staff are friendly ans kind but a special thanks to abdell the animator, for spending a great time with us and making sure that we was having a good time, he was friendly and helpful during our stay.
