Hotel is nice enough. It’s just a bit far from both the downtown area and the airport. There are some good local food/shisha spots nearby.

Absolutely fabulous hotel the staff and entertainment team work hard to make sure people are happy. Loved doing aqua gym in the pool on a morning with the animation team they are very friendly and go from person to person telling you what is happening that day , would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit sharm el sheikh. We can't wait to go back . We also went on a few trips , the glass bottom boat was good you got to sea loads of different fish we also swam with dolphins and watched the show it was a great experience, as was riding the quad bikes in the desert. Best to use British pounds as it gets a bit confusing when using egyptian money.

We’ve just returned from 7 nights at this beautiful resort. Staff were very welcoming, smiley and friendly, upon very late arrival to our room we’d been provided with sandwiches, fruit and water which was really nice. Thank you to the chefs, the food was always good with lots of variation depending on the themed night. Breakfast was very good too with omelettes, fresh croissants and pancakes. Bar staff are super efficient, happy & polite, serving up drinks all day all night, they work so hard! Animation/entertainment team are lovely so if you have any trouble they are there to help. Cassie in particular was very kind to us. Though we didn’t participate in many activities (personal choice) she still took the time to speak with us and ask about our day. Though she always told us about the entertainment on offer, we never felt pressured to participate in anything. This was our first holiday in a decade, so we really just wanted to relax. Cassie respected this but still made the time to come and speak with us. A lovely girl and we hope she continues to enjoy her time working in Egypt. The team overall are very upbeat and make everything so much fun. Cleaning staff work very hard & we always came back to a lovely clean, made up room with towel art. Mohammed was our room cleaner and he was very friendly and helpful. We always found a sun bed, obviously the earlier you get there the better position you get. Thankfully there was never a fight for beds as you see in some places! The lazy river is amazing, but make sure to keep topped up on your sun cream because whilst relaxing the sun is very unforgiving on your skin! Abrahamed & Hossam were our favourites in the water park, they were always on hand with a smile happy to help. They even convinced my partner to give the lazy river a try and it turned out he loved it! The water park is excellent - offering a variety for everyone. The grounds are impeccable and even the agricultural team always offer a smile and hello in passing. There wasn’t a day where staff weren’t busy doing something, it’s clear how much they care for the grounds and environment. Would recommend getting a snorkel mask and waterproof phone pouch to try snorkelling off the end of the jetty. Absolutely amazing! If you look hard enough too, you may even find Nemo!! Overall, a very enjoyable stay and if not for our horrible experience on our return journey (delayed and diverted for 3 days!!!!) we’d be more than happy to return to this beautiful resort. Would highly recommend.

What can I say amazing…. First impressions were not great we received a family room with kids den… I wasn't impressed with the room I’m used to 4-5 star and have never seen a room so basic for that rating it was very tired and the bath was tiny and shower useless… the bed was really comfy and cleaner amazing NOW for the positive the staff never met such loverly people they always go the extra mile for you in every aspect cleaners entertainment bar pool guys but and extra mention for ADHAM kind hearted and a friend forever he never left the kids side and I’m sure if we could have brought him home we would have ❤️ tweety also same applied and the rest of the animation team! Bar staff also amazing! Location absolutely beautiful apart from the room we had everything was perfect so I would definitely recommend asking for a renovated room. Do not book with the guys selling excursions round the pool area as we were promised 3 hours and 2 boats between 15 of us and we had two hours and 1 boat as the other the engine caught fire. (For water sports) half of us was left for over an hour snorkelling and one was disabled the guy wouldn’t give extra once told what had happened and was quite rude. The guy outside the hotel to the left next to the perfume shop was amazing for excursions highly recommended. Food if you’re worried don’t be there was always something to eat and the food was beautiful. On a whole this holiday has been my favourite and we have stayed in 5 star many times but the good out weights the bad! The people really are like family ❤️

This holiday has been brilliant. I came with just my mother and we could not have asked for a better holiday. The waiters, staff, animation team and cleaners were all so kind and helpful. Every time we went out the hotel, we didn’t feel uncomfortable considering there was just the two of us. I definitely recommend this hotel, It is very clean and tidy, the service in every restaurant is excellent, the overall atmosphere of this hotel was great! Can’t wait to return next year.

Had a fantastic time, was there 2 weeks and could have stayed for another 2 weeks, this was the best holiday I’ve had in a long time, I’ve been to Egypt 4 times and this is the best hotel I have been to, hotel amazing something for everyone and spotless, food was delicious different themes every night, lots to choose from, animation team was amazing they put 100 percent into everything, Destiny was amazing with all the kids my 3 kids absolutely loved her. Every member of staff was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will hopefully be going back next year.

the animation team were very welcoming and friendly, especially julia and destiny! they had alot of activities to do during the day which are good for all ages. the pool is very big and the swim up bar is great. the rooms big and the house keeping are very kind. everyone there is friendly and very accommodating. the hotel is also very pretty at night and the beach is very close. i recommend this hotel very much!

coral sea was one of the best holidays weve ever done! there was so much to do when there, like go on boat trips, quad biking! all sorts. the animation team was also absolutely amazing. they involved me and my brother in all the activities, massive shoutout to julia, tweety, hammada, and adam. they were absolutely brilliant, a couple nights a week aswell they took a few of us out clubbing which was really great! will go back again x

Just back from here. First family holiday as 6 my 3 sons daughter in law and my 2 year old granddaughter. Firstly the hotel. Waw must say it is one kept place from cleaning, gardening, maintenance. I really couldn't fault it one little bit it's was very clean and in every way possible. The food: it's was ok wasn't anything special they had themed nights but to me it was all the same every night just a few different things to state it was themed we all managed to find something we liked to eat we dis eat out 2 nights out the 10 night was were there I'd prob give the food 2.5 stars. The staff. Start with the pool staff one stood out for us and that was admed at the kids pool he is the wee shirt guy he couldn't do enough for you he was always running around looking after everyone he hardly had a seat. The bar staff were lovely always made sure at pool side we had drinks one special shot out to one oh the evening barman Ibrahim he was just brilliant made us laugh and also great with my granddaughter he would come get her and take her up the bar for her drink of orange juice he made her smile and laugh to she loved it that's when she wasn't up dancing tho also when coming to ask us what we wanting to drink hed my son would say suprise me and hed come back with a cocktail he just made up himself my son really enjoyed it . Entertainment staff they were fab the whole time we were there adham is just too funny he's a great laugh but best shout out goes to kiah for her just starting not long before we got there she always came spoke to us and my granddaughter to a shine to her and the same back from kiah. Kiah always made sure my granddaughter was ok when we went for the entertainment kiddies disco. So kiah you are amazing and wee will miss you but just keep being you xx Overall this hotel is 5 stars in my eyes we loved it. I would love to go back but I was put off at the airport going home as one of the security guys was really aggressive and punching staff too shouting at woman in wheelchairs too plus they weren't going to let my son daughter in law and granddaughter through all cause i had the boring passes so i seen a guy from tui and had to ask him for help and i got myself that overwhelmed i started crying it just wasnt nice and the fact our flight was 6 hours delayed with no communication from tui
