كل الشكر لفندق ريجنسى بلازا على الاقامة المميزة واخص بالشكر مستر حسام مسؤول الريسبشن على جهده الغير عادى ومساعدتنا وكذلك شكر خاص لمستر محمد عبد الهادى مسؤول التسكين بالفندق على اهتمامه الكبير بينا وبطفلى قمه الاحترام والذوق وكذلك مستر كيرلس موظف الريسبشن وكل الشكر والتقدير لماهر مسوؤل الTower center فى مبنى الاكوا على احترامه وذوقه وكذلك كل الشكر والتقدير للرائع جدا مستر محمد اللبنانى شيف المشويات قمه الروعة وشكرا خاص لمسؤولى مطعم الاسماك وكذلك شكر خاص للجميل حمادة محمد موظف بار الاكوا

Me and my fiancee went from 12th-19th November 2024 and we couldn’t have fault them. Everything was great and if we needed anything they were always helpful. During our final stay we looked at the shops where we met a great guy called Rambo whose shop was in the hotel. Rambo was very helpful and very friendly and always so welcoming. Rambo is a very lovely guy and always made you smile when ever you saw him. Rambo showed us his work and how dedicated he was. Rambos work is amazing and very memorising. Thank you Rambo for being you❤️

it was clean and beautiful, but there was a mouse in our room and we couldn't sleep well because of that, and the food was almost the same every day, and we got tired of it. also there were too many tour sellers on the beach and they were very pushy.

We had a very warm welcome at Sharm Airport from our driver, Waleed. We found him to be very Proffesional, polite, and knowledgeable about Egypt. Waleed was always on time and was happy to take us to see places in Sharm. Polite and friendly Thank you We found the hotel friendly and accommodating, I had a wet room due to me being disabled. Plenty of swimming pools, always clean. Thank you

Hi thanks for the nice holidays in this hotel,you have very good people ,very nice hotel and the ocean is really beautiful. I would like to go here again .One man came his name is bob tattoo he is a very good man i would like to come here again because i would like to see bob again. Thanks bob for the nice henna tattoo, and if anyone says that bob isn't nice they're a liar because bob is very nice, funny and happy. The food was also very delicious but the water in the hotel wssn't that warm . Thank you for everybody.☺️

Regency Plaza was wonderful, It felt like I was in a very special place, we had a sea view room with balcony which was at a slightly different angle to the next balcony for added comfort and privacy........the staff are more than helpful and always available for any requests we had......the food options were excellent and perfectly placed depending on what your day plan was.... we only stayed for 10 days, I could easily have stayed longer, we went on a boat trip with scuba diving and a safari on buggies through the desert, very reasonable price wise, and all along the way from reception to transfers everyone we met were very friendly and polite , can't wait for next time........Gary

This hotel is very clean pools are nice and food in the day is good and reception team are good made a mistake in my booking booked a twin room instead of a double room but the reception staff sorted the problem straight away even though it was my fault the restaurant for you buffet meals are not good glad I never brought my kids not even chips innit a fussy eater but I struggled no entertainment in the evening got to say the people in the pub bar are brilliant the hotel need to regonise they made all the difference to our stay always brought drinks to our tables and friendly so if you see them say high best staff ever there also if your a wine drinker they only serve at certain rtain times

2nd time here and already booked for 2025. It's stunning and you want for nothing. The staff are friendly and courteous. My room on both occasions was perfect. Pools are beautifully kept as are the grounds. All inclusive is the way forward. The rooms have fridge freezers and excellent air-conditioning. Egypt is not known for its food but the food here is excellent by comparison. Several restaurants offer a la carte and the main dining area caters for most pallets. Pool bars, beach bars, beach restaurant. Outside Shisha lounge and BBQ area. Pool and beach towel service I wanted for nothing. The water park is perfectly maintained and monitored. Two more bars there and a stunning Spa and gym. No matter what you want, if it's plausible, the managent here will make it happen. I have been to many countries. Pound for pound, if you want to relax and soak up the sun, you won't get better than here. That said, no honest review comes without criticism. The WiFi is not good enough. A hotel of this standard could do better and i believe, in time it will. That said, I don't go on holiday to keep in touch with what's happening at home. I've made friends in Egypt through staying in this hotel that I will keep in touch with and hold in high regard for the rest of my life. Roll on next year
