"The hotel is a victim of its staff's poor treatment, starting from some receptionists to the extremely negligent cleaning staff. The hotel manager, however, is very polite and professional, and he took all the necessary measures to resolve the issues we faced, such as unclean rooms and bathrooms and the rude behavior of a reception staff member. After the first night, everything changed, and the cleanliness level improved significantly. Key highlights of the hotel include: * Free parking * Spacious rooms * One restaurant with a wide variety of food and amazing desserts * Numerous swimming pools with no overcrowding * A beach at another hotel belonging to the same group with a shuttle service provided Overall, the hotel just needs to retrain some of its staff to improve their interactions as they are the face of the hotel. All department managers in the hotel are professional; the problem lies with individual staff members and receptionists."
