Just back from a weeks holiday, so relaxing and perfect.Checkin was easy and quick. We were escorted to our room 2317 which was lovely, over looking the pool and side view to the sea . Pool area is beautiful,so clean and lots of sunbeds, attendants always there to help. Towel lads are really helpful. The 24hrs bar area is a great sun trap, great to sit and watch the world go by, great service from barmen. Restaurant had great choices, the lad on the outside grill was so friendly made the tastiest Omelettes always very happy. Waiters and chefs always ready to help and make your stay as good as possible. We had Mahmoud Abednaser as our waiter very professional always made us welcome. We spent our time on the beach and everyday Mahmoud or Ail would greet us with a smile and make sure our beds were ready and towels set up, Mahmoud creates the most amazing sand art, great customer service along with at the beach bar lads Hareem Tamer and Walid. Seen some of the reviews were people grumble and can only think they must go on holiday to moan. The place was great, speciality restaurants, entertainment staff work so hard, spa staff. If you need anything reception or reservations lady are there to help. We will defo be back very soon. This has to be one of the cleanest hotels I’ve seen no one stops working all day. Gardens are kept to an excellent standard. We always got a greeting from all the staff as they met us. Thank you

We stayed here for 5 nights in November. The staff are all attentive and polite. The concierge when taking our bags to room gave us a brief tour pointing out where things are and about the restaurants. He advised that you can book the Italian or the bbq once each during your stay for free. We booked the bbq which was very nice. You get a card at reception for a beach towel for your stay do not need to take one. 2 bottles of water in your room each day also. No need to exchange money, give tips in pound coins. Tips are welcome and are appreciated and will get you some added attention - bar service, extra water , bed art etc. rooms were cleaned daily and to a high standard. Food in the restaurant can be repetitive but this is the same in every hotel. At breakfast you can have fried eggs cooked fresh or omelette with your choice of mixes alongside usual options- pastries etc. pizzas cooked fresh at lunch and dinner on the patio, these are lovely but it can get busy. Lots of choices at lunch and dinner- chicken, pastas, rices, breads, lasagne etc Entertainment staff work hard and try to get you involved, evening shows were good we saw a flame show and dance show amongst others. Little shops on site selling basics- crisps, drinks etc plus souvenirs and a nice little jewellery shop. Bigger supermarket off site plus kfc/mcdonalds /hard rock cafe all within walking distance. Great private beach towel walk along and plenty of sun loungers to yes. Nice jetty to walk along and see fish and at the end off the jetty you can get in the sea and do some snorkelling . Man with camels on beach do you can have camel rides along the beach ( about 500 Egyptian pounds ) . Different trips available at reasonable prices if you wish to do them. All day snorkelling trip with 3 stops and lunch included ( £30 pp) . We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Will start with the bad reviews!!! Food was ok but same thing again and again everyday. Lasagne was a pasta cover with cheese and white sauce not even lasagne pasta… managers always running up and down doing ANYTHING them humiliation the poor WONDERFUL staff, managers won’t do anything and when the poor staff see managers they look so scared! Room very well cleaned every day lovely Ahmad was cleaning it every day on good standard! Shops in the hotel RIPE OFF pricing where on the town just 5 minutes walk u could get better quality for much less price… swimming pools very cold no one could go in … swimming staff is lovely and welcoming you all the time helping with your towel and everything. Entertaining was not the great one but was ok! Reception staff very bad English and very unfriendly too! All of them look’s like managers on pink shirts but still very unhelpful and unfriendly! On average was a good experience… would love to going back and see the lovely staff we made friends with but deff not same hotel.
