Staff members were all unbelievable and couldn’t do enough, Hasheen in grill was amazing. Hannee in main restaurant was so nice and did everything and all the waiters , The lobby bar cocktail man was out of this world he was amazing kind and thoughtful

We are currently here on our honeymoon. I can't recommend this place enough. All the staff are fantastic and friendly. We have booked trips with a scuba staff member called Ammar who made our trip to the safari on buggies with meal and show extra special because on our honeymoon. We were treated extremely well. Ammar was extremely polite and friendly. We have booked a boat trip too. We have also used the spa at the hotel, excellent service from all the staff. Non of the staff are pushy and if you just want to be left alone they understand and walk away. Hotel is clean and tidy and great food. Truly has been the best place to have our honeymoon.

The hotel is gorgeous. Very clean rooms, helpful staff, interesting programs for the whole day, you won't have time to get bored there. If you have any questions, they will always answer them and be happy to help you. Special thanks to Tito, he will send you on any excursions at the best weekend prices and will definitely supervise everything!

My partner and I returned back from our amazing stay at Monte Carlo last week. From the moment we stepped into reception we were treated like VIP’s, as we were staying to celebrate our birthdays they had kindly upgraded our room to a sea view. We stayed in room 158 the location was perfect close to amenities but treated with incredible views from the balcony. The rooms were spacious and clean a special thanks to the house keeping who decorated our bed with rose petals and balloons on my Birthday. The spa facilities are great I would highly recommend get treatments. During our stay we got a haman, hot stone massage and relaxing massage all were 1 hour long sessions and completely hit the spot! All the staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for us! But there were 2 people out of all the staff who made our stay! Firstly Walid in the main restaurant- this man is an absolute credit to the hotel, he is consistently working tiredlessly in the main restaurant and Chinese al a cart (100% recommend) and tended to our every need even bringing us drinks he thought we may like to the table and noticed I liked an espresso in the morning and made sure it was at the table whilst getting food. On my birthday he also made it memorable by decorating our table and singing happy birthday! Secondly we want to mention Haney who works on the top Terrance- his special cocktails are amazing! I recommended the hotel taking into consideration of the talent this man has a putting some of his “special” cocktails on the menu rather than some of the basic cocktails they have on offer. We really enjoyed our stay at Monte Carlo and are already counting down to our next trip back.

We have spent a brilliant and relaxing holiday at Royal Monte Carlo Sharm. Excellent check-in experience, they served welcome drinks while reception staff checked us in. We have chosen this hotel to celebrate my upcoming birthday and decided not to tell the hotel staff. On my birthday it was a great surprise to return to a room decorated beautifully and with a birthday cake waiting for me. All the staff friendly and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and clean and having nicely folded towels and flowers on the bed was a nice touch. We enjoyed the food very much, compliments to the chefs. Special mention to the chef who was serving at grill in the restaurant, always with a big smile and ready for a joke. Also, many thanks to the chef who made the most amazing Egyptian pizza we have ever had. The beach is absolutely fantastic and the sea is perfect for snorkeling. We would definitely come back to this lovely place.

Very nice placement . Food was good , maybe not excellent . If u likes thé sea , diving and the sun u must come here . It’s also Good place for family with kids. We had Nice training in the gym with Julia and relax massage later . Nothing to add . I’ll be back the next year.
