Charmillion Gardens Aquapark

I had very bad experience first day when I checked in they have given me room in the room someone POO on the sink. And only good things is they have person called Ahmed who clean your room very nicely. Otherwise I wouldn’t go again because they don’t treat you nicely at reception or they don’t have great room view.

We stayed in Charmillion Gardens Aqua Park part of 3 hotels chain - Sea Life and Club to which you also have access. I want to highlight that Charmillion Gardens has the best service out of all three. If you stay there, eat in the Gardens restaurant, which is the best. People are kind, polite and will provide you with whatever you need. They always smile and are very friendly; Ibrahim serves the best tequila boom boom and special ones for kids too. The people in the Gardens made our stay unforgettable and made us fall in love with Egypt again. The room is a bit dated but very spacious; beds and pillows (if you like high) are comfortable. Be prepared for mosquitos, the first night we got so many bites that we had to change the room (the other room was much better and with fewer mosquitos). The water slides are great fun, open 10 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm. Water in the swimming pools is on the warm side but not super warm. There is one swimming pool with cold water and the wave pool also has cold water. The closest beach is in the Sea Life where unfortunately the service was not great, especially at the beach bar the guys were rude. I would advise you to stay at the beach in the Club Hotel where the service is much better. The people working at the reception were very helpful in changing the room and the early check-in.

Me and my family had the absolute best time staying in the charmillion gardens aqua park! The kids absolutely loved the water park, great fun for them and the adults too. The gardens are kept so beautiful and you can see that such hard work is made to keep the grounds looking beautiful. We thought the food was to a good standard and variety for an all inclusive and the kids who are fussy always found something to eat with no problems. The Staff made our trip, So we have definitely got to do a shout out to the main ones… •Abdullah our friend who works down at the beach bar. •Ibrahim who works in the gardens restaurant. • Hany who works at the gardens lobby bar. These men simply could not do enough for us and would always made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. (Photos below) Thank you all very much!
