Caribbean world is amazing resort. My second stay here. Great animation team with full on program and dance/gym classes. Beach is beautiful with plenty of sun beds. 3 massive pools. Good choice of food and snacks. Will definitely be back soon.

We have just returned from the Caribbean world after staying for the week after a Nile cruise and loved every minute. The staff are excellent and strive to make your stay as good as possible, everyone welcomes you with a friendly smile, the gardeners work really hard to keep the garden immaculate, the cleaning staff never stop cleaning and the restaurant staff work tirelessly, replenishing food, serving drinks and clearing tables. Reception staff were always helpful and cheerful. The activity staff are a lovely group and encourage you to join in but don’t push it if you don’t want to. One of our party was unwell, the staff organised food to take to the room and made special drinks to help ease their cough. The food was varied and well cooked, we tried all but two eateries and all were good, we favoured the beach bar for lunch where pizzas and kebabs were served. The rooms are large and cleaned daily with clean towels and replenished toiletries, everything worked well, there are two English channels on the tv which was good. The beach is long, we walked the length most days and clocked up about 10000 steps, there are plenty of sun beds on the beach and also round the pools. The only complaint is there is no WiFi, it says free WiFi in reception but this is very hit and miss, it is also very expensive to buy their WiFi, 45 euros for 10 days, I had an eSIM on my phone so was able to access data but I do feel there should be free wifi in all areas, having said that I would defiantly return and would recommend this hotel.

my friend and I were there in December 2024 and it was great. food was great. The staff was super friendly. We had fresh flowers on the table and decorations on the bed every day. the animation team was great and I've never had so much fun. we'll definitely be back.

I was in this hotel from 14 until 21 of November . We asked our tour agency to plan an early check in from 14-th 2am. But nobody on reception knows about this, nobody checked this in theirs system . We were slept 6 hours at lobby. Only at 11 o’clock we were checked in. Nobody passing a private transport to the hotel ( cars were approved by touristic police) . I I walked 2 kilometers to the checkpoint every time. When we were going to fly out and pay for additional services purchased from the hotel, we were not accepted in principle in cash due to the poor quality of the money. They were a little dirty (there was no debit card, for certain reasons). Thus, we argued for half an hour and delayed the car that was waiting for us. Animation is very good! I especially want to highlight Kitty, a very friendly and sociable girl. Food was good. I liked the infrastructure,very good and comfortable beach

This was our first time in Egypt, we didn’t know what to expect and can’t compare with other hotels. Overall it was a rather successful experience. Especially considering the magical crystal clear sea. I read a lot of reviews about the hotel before the trip and was worried in advance. It's economy class service but not all bad in main characteristics. 1. The beach is great. Wide, sandy, measured - 350 meters. Several rows of umbrellas (4-6). There was never a time when we didn't find an umbrella. Not the first line, of course, they are reserved early in the morning. But we always found it, and the employees helped. Clean. Never seen such huge umbrellas for 4 sun loungers before. There are several coral reefs nearby, where we went diving and snorkeling from the beach. It was well organized. 2. The hotel area is large, green and well-groomed. We walked 10 thousand steps a day without much effort. 3. The food is of normal quality, never had any problems with it. They save money on fish; it is always tilapia. But the chicken and beef are delicious. Vegetables are both fresh and prepared. There were no lines for food or tables. Tables are cleared quickly. Drinks are not offered during meals; guests go for non-alcoholic ones themselves. Alcohol - in the bar. There is an Italian and Arabic restaurant à la carte, they are included in the price of staying. It's worth going at least once. Nice food and service, especially in Italian. And there is fish restaurant on the beach for extra money, I highly recommend spending the money - it’s very tasty, and there’s not only tilapia there. They provide set menu for reasonable money. 4. There were no problems with water. The hotel proides 2 bottles in your room every day, and if you have a good attitude - as many as you want. Bars are open from morning to night also and always have safe filtered water. There are several bars on the territory, including two beach bars. We didn’t suffer from diarrhea, although we stocked up on pills. And we brushed their teeth with bottled water. 5. About the noise. At first we were given a room in a noisy area, next to the reception. They changed it at our request after 2 days, but it is needed to be persistent and remind. 6. All services required good treatment and a tip was expected. It was annoying. But we were prepared in advance based on the reviews and decided to immediately include tip money in the cost of the trip as part of the cost. This is true everywhere in Egypt, part of the culture. Prepare about 50 euros per tourist for small tips - dollars or euros. Local currency is less welcomed. 7. The animation in the hotel is active, don't miss it. Animation team is friendly and proactive. During the day, sports classes are held on the beach, next to the towel counter: yoga, stretching, aqua and step aerobics, dance classes. For entry level, everyone can do it. It seems to me that I have never swam or gone to sports in any vacation before as much as here. 8. Tips were expected

We spent a week in this peaceful and green resort. It was great experience. Beach is really nice, with clean sand and lot of space, as well as pools. Everything is well groomed with lot of attention. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. We would like specially to thank Mahmud Khiary from reception desk who made our stay even better. Only downside was a breakfast, as Europeans, we wish they had better offer of chees and ham. Anyway there was lot to choose from other products so it wasnt a big deal.
