Very beautiful place and room was very clean service wonderful all staff very helpful and food was very delicious relly im ver happy to be her in this beautfull place so from my heart I would like to thank all staff in this place thank you and will be back again

We were visiting in februari and also in march. We liked it so much. Good and healthy food. Calm and respectfull staff in the hotel. Amazing vieuw to the sea. Nice excursions.Pharmacy near by to take vitamins and supllements for good prices. Sport facilyties and entertaiment good

I really like the Hotel so much! The beach, the pool and the staff were more than perfect. The food was nice too. The rooms were good and nice to spend the night in. The animation team did an amazing job entertaining the guests at the hotel and made sure everyone was comfortable and happy. It’s a 10/10 would visit again. ✨♥️

We were the only English people at the hotel last week! Beach was beautiful, can actually go in the sea from the sand. Long pier with excellent snorkelling. Rooms were clean, traditional, a little basic but who spends time in them when the sun is out! Food was average, not a massive choice but always something that appealed, fresh and cooked veg was gorgeous and plenty of fresh fruit. Cocktails were the biggest downfall, spirits not very nice, beer ok if a little on the week side and glasses ridiculously small. Staff in general very friendly, bar staff not so, bit surly but maybe they had lots of complaints about the spirits? On the whole, for the price, can't fault it. Take your own duty free spirit and a glass and bobs your uncle.

I’m in this hotel now. so, meals are poor unfortunately, but there are some tasty things. if you like variety in food-you shouldn’t come here. Rooms-old, it is ok for Egypt,but I have really old room and SUPER DIRTY. towels smell so bad! i’ve left a money for cleaner, i thought he could change towels and bed, but no… really dirty shower… and i have to wear shoes in room,because floor is extremely dirty. bed is dirty and UNCOMFORTABLE. Have a problem with my back after 1 night :( Air conditioning-works in one mode and noisy. Pool is dirty too by the way.

My holiday was a fantastic we loved every thing in bilss nada hotel food is nice aqua park nice too the staff very friendly the animation team wonderful special thx to Mr Ashraf from animation team and for the managers we loved and we will be back

Absolutely amazing hotel with a beautiful garden, pool, nice corals, sea life, tasty food. It has just reopened after renovation and change of the owner. The stuff was always helpful and made us feel welcomed. For those who prefer more quiet place thats the place for you.

Auguro a tutti di non fare il mio errore.Ho viaggiato con mia moglie e le mie 2 figlie di 8 e 9 anni.Siamo arrivati il 23 agosto alle 3 di notte e dopo mezz'ora ci hanno consegnato una camera con 3 letti singoli.Dopo mezz'ora ci hanno portato il quarto letto.Camera lugubre.La struttura e' buona ma si vede che' e' stata chiusa per alcuni anni.Hanno riaperto 2 mesi fa' ma le cose da fare ce ne sono ancora tante.Molte camere non avevano l'acqua calda.La reception con aria condizionata rotta.Cibo pessimo.Fortunatamente il 25 grazie all' assistente del tour operatori ci siamo potuti trasferire in un altro resort con animazione italiana.Comunque sono state 36 ore da incubo.Le mie figlie non hanno mangiato nulla.Per fortuna ci eravamo portati delle merendine dall'Italia.Non fatevi invogliare dal prezzo basso.Stare in un villaggio così non e' vacanza
