Casa Blue Resort

Very nice luxury resort with a few attention points. We stayed here for two weeks in a swim up room with garden view. The room was spacious and clean. The housekeeper was very attentive. Our swimup was clean and a bit cold. The pool was daily cleaned and checked. All the staff is very friendly and helpful, tell them what you need or like and they will do their very best to make it happen. Enough sunbeds in oktober, to our joy we have not seen any people reserving sunbeds at dawn. They hand out cocktails and cold towels at the pool daily, haven’t seen that in any other resort I’ve ever been! The animation team is friendly and not pushy. That cannot be said for the Spa people unfortunately, they don’t seem to give up. There’s something to do every evening, usually something with lots of loud music. That’s something to keep in mind if you’re looking for peace and quiet. The beach looks good but swimming in the sea is not easy because it’s shallow and lots of sharp rocks. For snorkeling you have to go to the end of a very very long pier. And then there is a lot of current so it didn’t feel very safe. The main restaurant is ok, lots of choices but the meat is usually a bit overcooked and dry. They have a different theme every night in the restaurant. The theme restaurant (Japanese, orient, seafood) are really nice but they serve you a lot of food in a short time. More then most people can eat so lots of food go to waste…Also with serving alcohol all day comes a responsibility to prevent drunk guests that cause nuisance for other guests. During our stay there was a drunk group of girls that even took their tops off. But we also watched some other drunk and loud groups during our stay. Most visitors we’ve met were from Poland or Czech Republic. It would be nice to have more nationalities in the resort. Overall we had a really nice stay and we’ll probably will go back there in the future.

Great place to relax and recharge your batteries. The hotel is very nice, there's a beach with a beautiful spot for snorkling and 3 pools to relax in front of. The animation team (especially Bruno and Emo) is great, and all, organized by them, activities are really good. The food is AMAZING - congrats to Chef Ali for all the good work and amazing attitude towards guests. In general the staff is really kind and helpful and the best drinks you can find in the bar in the middle of the pool - amazing, funny guys with great sense of humor. To sum up: if you want to relax in a really nice place and forget about all your troubles, this is the place for you I would gladly be back ☀️

Very pleasant experience, nice, cheerful staff. Great food with many options to choose from regardless if you eat meat or not. The pastry and fruit is also spectacular. Everything is very clean, the room service left me a cute teddy beat out od towels which really made my day.

Great hotel, excellent service, delicious food. The rooms, even the standard ones, are very large and comfortable, with full equipment and a large bathroom, while the higher standard ones are fabulous. I had several situations in which I needed help, the reception staff did a great job. Thank you very much to everyone

I fully recommend the hotel, service and the place. Case Blue is perfectly situated, not far from the airport. You can admire the wonderful reef just nearby the hotel. Service, food, People are so warm hearted and friendly. This is the best hotel i while Egipt!

To be honest 5 stars are not enough. I expected much but I got even more. Starting from the room cleanness, food diversity (local and european also, private beach and the whole hospitality in the end. High level of quality is kept on the each step. Worth to mantion the Entertaiment Team which take care of guest to have smile on his face. Keep up the good work, Casa Blue. Hope to see the next year :)
