First, the negatives... The rooms could use some refurbishment as they feel a bit outdated. It takes a long time for the shower water to reach a comfortable temperature. The heated pool is quite small. I find it absurd that, in 2025, we still have to pay for Wi-Fi, and what’s even worse is that it only works in the lobby. This is definitely not acceptable anymore. The beach is a bit farther away, and you have to cross a "highway" to get there, although you are assisted in doing so. On the positive side, the cleanliness of the resort is great, and the food is adequate, though it could be a little more varied. The staff is friendly, though they could perhaps be a bit more welcoming compared to other places I’ve been to. There is plenty of food available throughout the day, both at the resort and on the beach. There’s also daily animation, almost all day long, and that’s well done. The team works really hard, especially Ibrahim, who stands out as an exceptional part of the team—his energy, enthusiasm, and dedication really made a difference. Ibrahim is not just an entertainer; he's someone who genuinely cares about making guests feel welcome and engaged. Along with Faris, he truly made my experience memorable. As an entertainer myself, I quickly bonded with Omar, "Mario," Faris, and Ibrahim, who made the whole experience even more enjoyable with his positive attitude and exceptional hospitality.
