I had booked this hotel through agoda. They confirmed the booking and it was fully prepaid. But they refused to give us the room!! I was traveling and wasn't checking my mail. I also didn't think there will be a reason for continued mail communication after the room was paid for and confirmed. They could have reached out to me on phone, but they didn't. Finally it was two hours before check in, and I was on my way to the place when they finally called. Imagine finding yourself on the road with your entire family including elderly parents! Totally unprofessional... Wouldn't recommend at all. They turned my much awaited trip into a nightmare!

The hospitality is good, food is very good no complaints, mr shaji always calls and confirms his attentiveness, and takes pure orders for breakfast, lunch and dinner, location is very approachable by walk from poovar ksrtc bus stand, they have their own boating next to hotel, rooms are clean and neat. Spent good time with family. Take boating for 1. 5 hrs.

Neat and clean rooms. Near bus stand. Food could have been better made, a bit more fresh. Food is costly. Nice view from room. Direct way to boating. Live in the midst of nature. 4

The ambience was really good and the staff were very well behaved and friendly. The food quality was good even though the options were less.

We had visited as a group of family members taking 2 rooms. We had visited during days when the hotel had relatively lesser occupancy i believe. Location: The hotel is in a very good location just near the backwaters & they have their own boat jetty accessible right from the reception using a short route. Boat ride was given a standard discount i presume once they understood we were from the hotel. Parking seems adequate but might be full during peak season. Staff Support: The staff were very cooperative. The made the check-in quick & stay at hotel pleasant. The first room provided did not have good a\c & on raising we were provided a alternate room immediately (lucky that we went during off-season possibly). Restaurant: Lunch was average & quite expensive for the food provided that we decided to walk over to smaller restaurants which were about 300m away from the hotel for dinner. There are a few options nearby but the ones at junction were adequate. Overall: This is good hotel for 1 or 2 days if you may not be spending too much time in the hotel & are visiting the surrounding areas. It has a good location, fulfils basic needs & nearby restaurants about 300m away which is not far.

room was so dirty ac was not at all working. most horrible part was the food there were worms and insect in food. please don't book this hotel it's not good for health.
