This was 2nd time our trip to zenith. We had putrajaya night half marathon event flag off in the putrajaya bridge just near the hotel. We can just walked to the event place. So much convinient. Breakfast was ok, croissants were good. Just pls improve on refilling the coffee. The coffee was tasteless at some point. Not sure what happened. Overall it was memorable stay!

Friendly receptionist, offer me to choose my room view. Good for business and short staycation. Will return again.

If you're going to stay here, upgrade to the lakeview room. Large bathroom with rainfall shower head and big bathtub. No international channels or Netflix in the room. Nice infinity pool. Small gym. Located a 10 min walk to Putra Masjid. The best hotel I've stayed at in Putrajaya. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast is incredible with outdoor lakeside seating.

Super convenient for all the government related services. Went here for visa extension for my friend stay at this nice view hotel for one night

The room is spacious with nice view of Putrajaya lakeside. The receptionist is friendly. The staff at LG restaurant during the breakfast is very helpful and friendly too. Will comeback again

Tips: Most of the room is facing lake, choose room no 10 till 13 for Masjid Putra's view while the rest is looking Seri Wawasan brdge. Pros: Fast check in & out. Room is spacious & clean but carpets need total replacement. Free wifi. Air conditioning setting cannot be changed but still room temperatures is acceptable. Bathroom equipped with bidet & bath tub. Very nice serai wangi smells inside lobby. Toiletries smells very nice as well. Refrigerator able to keep my leftover food cold. Free covered parking but with narrow parking entrance and limited parking space. Walking distance to Masjid Putra. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were unfortunately not as supportive. Breakfast buffet nice with a lot of varieties. Cons: Conflicting check in time between trip.com & agoda (2pm) and hotel (3pm). Not so friendly front desk operators & kitchen helpers. Small, cramped for a 4-star level lobby. Water leaking from roof. Slipery bathroom. Limited tv channels, reception also poor. Small pools and gym. Quite far from shopping complex Alamanda & IOI City Mall.

Good location with nice view. From lobby to room, overall service good. Breakfast got some variant of choice but taste so so 😅

The location of the hotel is very strategic. And the view is amazing. However the breakfast is so-so. Other than that, everything is good. Lovely stay. They have a complete bedding set for the babycot that I’ve requested(other 5 stars hotel usually just provide a babycot without pillow and bedding set)

Room was super big and spacious with all amenities provided. Bf included. View overseeing the pink mosque was awesome! Separated toilet and bathroom with a bathtub. Sink outside toilet. Weighing machine, iron and others are provided. Swimming pool is outdoor and can see a clear view of the mosque. Bf at the cafe with the lake in front and can also see the mosque. Beautiful!

The room is spacious and clean. Location is close to Putrajaya Lake and Putra Mosque. Worth staying🤲👍
