Spent a night during CNY, service was great.. All the staffs are friendly and polite. Deco at hotel for CNY is nice too.. A little downside is that renovation is on going for Alamanda which made the walk to the mall a bit difficult. Otherwise, it will be a super convenient place. Room is as good as seen in photos and the water at sink is with hot water too... Super comfortable when you wake up in the morning and with cold hands. Love the experience there

The breakfast was super good with many choices of pastry as well. The queue for check in was smooth and the room was also clean. This was my second time staying here and definitely will come again.

Comfortable room.. Good room amenities provided.. Water heater and aircond working well.. Walkable distance to alamanda mall.. Breakfast buffet has quite varieties up to 10.30am.. Free parking for those who stay.. Need to verified the card u use to tap during entering parking at reception..

I booked because I have a course at KPM. Easy access from KPM to this hotel. Walk only through Alamanda Mall. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. There is only the noise of children's voices from the next room which is quite disturbing. Everything else is ok. I will come again later. Thanks!

This hotel has been my frequent stay whenever I am here. The place is strategically located next to a mall. I can easily find many restaurants there. The place is also next to a beautiful lake.

The hotel is a strategic hotel and it is near the IOI Mall where I visited the mall and have my lunch and shopping. Friends and I had attended 40th years RU. We enjoyed the stayed at the hotel.

The room is spacious and the location is very close to a nearby mall. But the furnitures are worn out and even the tv has limited choices of channels. We chose the place as it was walking distance to the mall but the route was blocked due to construction and we had to walk a bit further to get to the mall. They did say the hotel is undergoing some renovations so hopefully it’ll turn out better once it’s complete.

We stayed here for one night before departing to Sydney. Hotel is nice and clean and had a lake view as well from the room and 2 min walking distance to Amanda Shopping mall. Try chicken mushroom at sizzling hot plate at the mall was very nice and pizza hut and the fresh coconut at 7myr. The breakfast was really good to our surprise and we enjoyed the stay here. Chocolate indulge cake was the best I ever tasted here. Too layer was pure chocolate I hardly get to see this in Australia. I would recommend the stay here and friendly staff.

Nice place To stay far frm kl town .. breakfast spread is much more compared To previous stayed improved on the taste will be ideal.. stayed for 4nights
