I recently stayed at the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and while there were some positive aspects, my experience was unfortunately overshadowed by several significant issues. Pros: The hotel features a beautiful design, with clean, spacious room and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, which contributed to a pleasant stay. The amenities were enjoyable, particularly the three available pools: splash, lakeside, and rooftop. Cons: However, I encountered several challenges during my visit: Long Queue for Check-in: The check-in process took about 30 minutes due to a long queue. Late Arrival of Luggage: After checking in, my luggage took about 15-20 minutes to arrive at my room. Luggage Mix-Up After Checkout: The worst part was that after reaching home, I noticed that one of my luggage went missing. Upon contacting the hotel to check their CCTV, it was discovered that a staff member had mistakenly loaded my luggage into another guest's car. I urged the hotel to arrange for the immediate return of my luggage, as it contained wet swimwear. The hotel then arranged for Lalamove to retrieve my luggage, which had already reached the other guest's home in Malacca. While I appreciate the hotel’s efforts to address these situations and their commitment to ensuring they do not happen again, I believe that compensation for the inconvenience would have been appropriate; however, none was offered as a goodwill gesture for the trouble caused. Overall, this hotel has great potential, but I hope they can improve their service handling during busy periods and unexpected situations.
