We booked three rooms well in advance (around 2 months before arrival). owner asked for confirmation, and received it. However, when we arrived at hotel, he informed us in a very straightforward, unapologetic manner that he could not give us the three rooms we've booked for the two nights, so we will have to move to another hotel of his, unregistered and unrecognized on any site (we checked) which has none of the facilities advertised for this one (no court, no charm, no dinning area, nothing). The whole exchange was almost violent, with owner very rude and pushy. it was only after we bluntly demanded a discount on rate we committed to pay for the Kanhaia, that he agreed. All in all, we had a very unpleasant experience and do not recommend the place.
