The rooms were clean. Location was great. Staffs were polite and friendly. However, the room services and restaurant were biggest let down. They messed up our food order multiple times. We had to wait hours for our breakfast. Still we did not receive what we ordered. We kept asking for drinking water but nobody delivered. We had to go ourselves to fill up all the bottles. We hope to have a better experience next time.

Location was very good. Food is good. Rooms are very small but expensive. Facilities are poor. Like quality of towels, bath accessories and kits are improper. WiFi was not working throughout my stay. It is an overpriced resort.

overall positive, with the staff being incredibly friendly and helpful, the location being convenient, and the room being clean and comfortable , well maintained . Wonderfull breakfast with a choice for every diet , and swimming pool just awesome .

The location is nice and the service is good . The food was not bad . The room view was good but the only problem was that the bathroom had no ventilation ( no exhaust fan or windows), hence a foul smell in the bathroom

Good location. Hill view room with balcony. Clean and dry bathroom. Soft bed. Intelligent lighting. Room with tea maker and refrigerator. Excellent swimming pool. Garden with hill ambience. Good buffet breakfast. Nice cooking. Friendly staff.

Toilet design not ok, very difficult for a person for go to stool, shower is leaking and not functioning, door lock was not working, tea cup qualify very poor and upto the mark, poor service, staff not trained properly, ambiance not ok, from window all garbage and open drain, for three person’s occupancy providing two water bottles, on request provided three water bottles. Very poor well come, lot of improvement required, all these informed the service manager and reception personnel
