not at all up to the mark..
geyser in bathroom not working..
restaurant not functional but nothing was mentioned beforehand when call was made to the hotel people prior to booking..
the charges paid included the value of services and amenities whereas nothing was working properly..
tea is too costly (25/- a cup)
Will never recommend stay at this hotel

Positives - location , but due to proximity to temple auto will not go here. so you will need to get down and catch a hand rickshaw everytime.
negatives - no restaurant as mentioned in hotel amenities, no cleanliness, no in room dining , faulty appliances ( in my case geyser) , no tea , no snacks , so you will have to depend on outside restaurant for everything

My recent stay at Hotel Agarwal Pride in Puri was very convenient, as it is only 500 meters away from the Jagannath Temple.
The room was spacious, neat, and clean.
The vegetarian restaurant was under renovation, so we couldn't dine there.
The staff was highly cooperative."

I travelled with my family group of 9 members.
The only thing good about the hotel is location.
There is only one helper at one time therefore it took a lot of time to settle and therefore room service was too slow.But when it was the time to check out there staff stood in front of our rooms which was too rude .
And there are atleast 2 hotels operating in the same building
I won't recommend this hotel to anyone
there are better hotels nearby which you can look for

Service is very bad and Reception staff and Manager are rude and arrogant.
No hot water in the morning, I took bath with cold water and they want me to pay extra for 2 hours late checkout
Same situation for room 104 and 106
No courtesy with the staff
Poor and dirty furniture
Very old property
Sofa is dusty and dirty
