The hotel was clean and well maintained. But the services can be improved as there was a delay in the service response from the hotel management.

room need to be maintain on cleaning part , The behaviour of the staff was good , we stayed there for one night

The room and bed size are too small. Very difficult for sleeping 5. 5 ft male & female. Our room no was 303

The room was clean but the bed and bedsheets were not clean. It was terribly dirty. Hair were found on the bed. The behaviour of the staffs was normal.

Worst stay experience with this hotel. It’s too expensive for the rooms and amenities, in fact no amenities at all. Firstly poor location, expensive, no amenities, no proper car parking, no supplies like soap, shampoo, tea maker, etc. Towels were also not provided, upon request they supplied. Worst service, asked for extra bed but provided at 12 am midnight. Rooms are too small for the price they charge. In brief, not worth the money we spent.

Hotel is not worth it is just a lodging and not for any business meeting stay. Surprisingly make my trip quality is in big question. I think make my trip also started corruption for fooling
