Very good hotel with proximity to beach and restaurants. Staff is very helpful. Suggestion - could have included more items in the breakfast menu.

The room was not clean, we arrived late by around 5hrs still the floor was wet, no room service, no intercom. Few guest house are better than this hotel.

Not good receptionist and staff behaviour, every 5 minutes every staffs coming room said your check-out time 7:30 am. I said every staffs my breakfast is complementry but not ready. Staff said receptionist to asking then give your breakfast. Bad hotel.

Hotel does not have a lift nor exhaust in toilet. Rooms are big. Not very comfortable. Overall avg experience.

Arrogant and unprofessional staff. No wifi, no phone, no cattle, no kits for the washroom, etc. Poor & dirty washrooms for guests near the kitchen. The kitchen is messy & unhygienic. Even tea is yukky. Totally waste of money. The worst part is the staff's behaviours. If you ask any necessary things like towel & fresh bedsheets, they entered the inside room without knocking and arguing in drunk conditions, using bad words in the local language. This is not safe for family & kids

For my personal opinion i have never ever seen that type of hotel in my career the hotel washroom is not good flushing not working totally every where mess condition i stayed 2 not 1st not ac not working i complain against this ac that the hotel person said me to check properly then it's working, tv and tv remote not

Stay was good and peaceful
but the hotel cleaning process has to improve, and also rooms needs more brighter light other than that all things were ok
