I have visited Puri 97/98 times by now. My stay at the Mayfair Heritage Hotel has been by far the best experience for me and my wife… Stay, Food, Hospitality, Ambiance all have been of the highest quality. The hotel management and the staff, it appeared to us, was hell bent on providing a personalised quality experience to their guests in every aspect of their offerings… Shall come back again much earlier than anticipated—a truly wonderful experience for us. It's a so-called 5 star resort, however according to me it's not. The front faces of the hotel are too Lazy to answer your questions. They will make you sit in their front office chair for a long time with their back office phone calls from the house keeping department. The room tariffs are very high for the low and middle class people but made for the executive class, however when the middle class could not tolerate the behavior of the front face of the resort then the high class doesn't have time to listen to their stories.

The Food was great. Bindu served us well. The variety was great.But the reception service could be better. Luggage was very late. I had to carry it myself later. The coordination can be improved.......................................

Excellent food teamed with awesome location and a sea view villa made my stay memorable and enriching as the children were welcomed by the staff warmly who were always on their toes to satisfy the needs of each guest present in the property. Mayfair Heritage preserves the cultural essence of India as athithi deva vabha is their mantra to provide the best service in the tourism sector and uphold the ethnicity of the land. I have been to most of the heritage hotels of India but this time Mayfair Heritage outshone them in its services. Dinabandhu and his team at Verandah are the people you should look for when you are there for the authentic Chinese cuisine.A complimentary desert makes ur dreams sweeter and long lasting.

Grand luxury hotel with excellent service, staff , restaurants, pool and sea view.. special thanks to the team who made our stay memorable in all sense saujanya ashok bindu jharana and debasish . Location approx 2 kms from main temple, easily available taxis, auto. With Mayfair it's complete satisfaction and relaxation guaranteed.

We stayed in almost all of Mayfair properties, this was first time at Mayfair and it does not stop amazing us. This was a same beautiful experience with lost of support from staff , the lifeguards enhanced our sea experience. The food is 4 out 5. The only negative was the front desk who seems to be cold and not very welcoming like the Mayfairs we have been too.

The location of this Mayfair property is outstanding. Close to the clear and pristine Niladri beach. Hospitality as usual at Mayfair is top notch. This might not be best properties of Mayfair but what makes it amazing is the service quality, attention to the guests, cleanliness and the warmth of the staff. Always highly recommended. Special thanks to Ashok and Jharna for your amazing hospitality.

My best part of this experience is the Ambience , surrounding, environment and everything including amazing people servicing there..... I enjoyed thoroughly with my family and this experience will be unforgettable for me and my family ❤️
