We had quite a bad experience with this hotel. This is not really a hotel - the company has taken a bunch of 1 BHK apartments in a building and are selling them as hotel rooms. Some of the issues faced: 1. They do not allow customer vehicles inside the complex - only the building's permanent residents' vehicles are allowed inside. We had 3 kids and a lot of luggage, so it was very inconvenient. Every time we had to go to the temple, we had to walk outside the complex to get into our vehicle. 2. The breakfast spread was very small - only options - Idli, Sambar, cold pooris, corn flakes, boiled egg, milk, and tea. And the food lacked any taste. The tea was extremely watered down. They did have a paid tea machine in the dining area, where you could pay 30 INR to get tea/coffee from the machine. 3. The rooms were quite run down - the sheets seemed like were either not washed or not washed properly. There was no water in the flush, and we had to call them to fix it. The electric kettle was burnt from inside. There was mould formation in the room, and 4. The property is quite far from the temple, so would not suggest it to anyone who doesn't have their own transport.

Hello by Ananya is one of the best ever budget hotel near puri beach to spend holidays. As this was my second visit to this hotel the hospitality of the employees is adorable, Mr. Gyanesh ( General manager) he is very friendly arranged our all the requirements stating from Toto , Jagannath Darshan , konark visit… he has a complete knowledge about the city. All the staff are helpful and understanding. Excellent Staff, excellent food excellent management

Spacious and well maintained rooms and bathrooms. I stayed for 4 days with my kids and its value for money. Only cons is no shops near by and don't have variety of menu in the cafe. But what ever limited option available food taste are good. You can hire bikes to go around to see puri.

So we went on a 2 days long stay. We have visited here for more than 10 times as offers very comfortable and hygienic stay. Quick availability of all amenities. Budget friendly. If anyone is planning for a trip with their family or partner, give this a try and enjoy your comfy stay.

The overall experience was awesome at the price point offered. We had a 1 day stay at this place in a Premium Suite and the room had a premium look with basic necessities available. We had a city view and the sea was also visible. The breakfast buffet spread was good but if the items could be refilled as soon as it gets over. Mr Smruti was quite helpful and cooperative and ensured that we have a great stay. Kudos to the team!!!

Worst hotel staff not trend call centre argument with customer food was so bad breakfast bad what was that 10 am check out no adjustments with time late check in they allowed but late check out not allowed I never told anyone stay here………………….
