Premier Inn Hotel Thurrock West is handy for some of the UK's biggest shopping centres, not to mention central London. The M25 is only a couple of miles away, making it easy to get to everything from tourist attractions to business meetings. Take the little ones into London to some must-see venues like Madame Tussauds or the London Eye. Or get some serious shopping done, either in the West End or at Lakeside, Bluewater or Grays Town Centre. Arena Essex is a great day out for petrol heads. Whatever you do, you'll come back to tasty food at our restaurant and a comfy bed in your room.

Location pretty grim as it’s next to the Dartford Bridge and Tunnel. But once you are in you can forget about that as the rooms are decent and spacious, the restaurant is excellent for an evening meal and the breakfast is good value particularly if you go for the meal deal for dinner and breakfast. A good stay overall.

Staff were amazing, very polite, helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was fantastic and a great price, it was all you can eat buffet style and kids ate for free. Excellent price for the room as well. Car park was only £7 for 24 hrs. Hotel is located right by a huge shopping centre too.

Absolutely amazing stop on our way. We came last weekend afternoon. Kids was tired, but been greated with treats at the reception. Lovely lady offered sweets. All the tiredness was disappeared 😅 we was checked in very smooth, room was very good size,clean and fresh.beds was very comfy. We had a breakfast in the morning,it was delicious with plenty of choice. The car park on site huge,close by retail park. It was lovely service in this hotel. Definitely will be back

Very friendly hotel. Staff very polite, give you all information you might need. The rooms very clean,there is ac and extra pillows in the room. We had a dinner in restaurant,waitress very friendly. Breakfast with lots of choice. Car park on site,very close to retail park

Disappointed, we stay at Premier Inns regularly and this was by far our least favourite. Check in had no staff so went through the automatic check-in which was long due to only one of three machines working and no staff in site. The room was alright, as the hotel was busy with families it was noisy. Bathroom could have done with a bit of a better scrub. Breakfast was a mess, not enough staff on, continental items tasted dry and like they had been out a long time. Bacon tasted like it had been deep fried in old oil, really disappointing as we choose Premier as we like the breakfast. Having stayed in Lowestoft at their Premier Inn just a week later the experience was far superior.

Absolutely profesional staff,so wide information been given on my arrival .the car park facilities very big,room clean and big,bed very comfortable. Room is clean and tidy. Breakfast with lots of choice. Eat dinner in evening the staff very attentive.

Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, ample car park. In a word, good hotel for overnight road, shopping or business trip. Continental breakfast bar was a bit limited in choice. Mild annoyance, they forgot to give us two sets of towels and as there is no phone t room to call the reception, you have to dress up and walk all the way. Of several check-in terminals only one was working on arrival but luckily no crowd checking in.

The hotel was pleasant, nothing to complain about: comfortable bedding, calm atmosphere. But the staff...we are still waiting for the toilet paper we requested on the last day... And the restaurant... Very poor service, an enormous wait, sometimes 40 minutes to be served, and no drinks in the meantime... Truly unfortunate... And the waitresses were unpleasant, not smiling, as if we were bothering them.

Decent hotel that is very accessible from London if you're driving. Great value for money. Breakfast options are good as well. There is a shopping area and service stations very near to the hotel. Parking is via voucher but you have to pay for it.
