Kwality Beach Resort

The stay at Kwality Beach Resort was very pleasant and comfortable. I liked the staff management here very much. I liked the service, food, and room. What I liked the most was the swimming pool here. The children's play area was also good. Along with the green environment, the fun of sitting on the banks of the Sunkoshi River was unique.

Beautiful location with a peaceful atmosphere. The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the beach is just steps away. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!"

We had a great experience staying at Kwality Beach Resort at Mulkot. The location is absolutely beautiful—quiet, scenic, and perfect for relaxation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-designed. Staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. The hospitality really stood out by the hygiene operator (cleaner), bar and kitchen staff and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was tasty and had a nice variety. Overall dining experience was enjoyable. The restaurant also had a relaxing atmosphere. The resort also offers a clean pool and well-maintained common areas. It’s an ideal spot for couples or families looking to unwind. The only thing that could be improved is some training to the reception staff who can make more welcoming to the customer. Other than that, everything was well above average. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a calm, refreshing break in a beautiful setting.

disappointed with the service I received from the staff at the swimming pool restaurant during my recent stay at this resort. I had high expectations for my visit, my experience at the pool area left much to be desired. The staff members lack of professionalism and courtesy was quite surprising for a resort of their reputation. I hope this review helps you avoid a disappointing stay and find a resort that truly values its guests. Such a nice location with perfect infrastructure but the Hospitality and management service is very poor . Atleast try to accept the fact that you have made mistakes and apologize for your mistakes .

The resort is run in to so much quantitative that it has totally ignored quality in terms of food. The property and staff are good but the food that we got on our trip package was totally disaster specially chicken and Pork BBQ. The resort was too much crowded. They seriously need to improve food quality and test.
