Home is steps from the beach, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms in a gated community with a common pool. Walking distance to the beach and close to great restaurants, bars and the town plaza. We provide bath and beach towels. The home has high speed internet which will allow you to work remotely. Great place We had a great stay. The only negative is that there was only 1 bath towel per person and when I asked for more we were told they only provided 5 due to the max guest count of 5 people. There were no hand towels provided either…

Great time in Rincon! This is a wonderful property in a great location, and included everything we need for our stay. The house was beautiful and immaculate, and perfect for our family. Black Eagle beach is right out the door, with great restaurants in walking distance. Rincon town center was a short drive, as well as all the other beaches in the area. Thank you Juan for sharing your lovely home!

Amazing family friendly condo My husband and I have been to Rincon many times over the years, but this was our first time as a family — two kids (7 and 5). This was our first time staying at Juan’s condo. It was absolutely perfect. We could not have asked for a better set up with a minute’s walk to the beach and condo pool directly across the street. Walking distance to many great restaurants. The condo had all the amenities we could ask for and more, very clean and organized. We were especially happy with the owner’s written directions and details provided ahead of time and in the condo. Juan was also very responsive by messaging. We had an excellent time and can’t wait to come back!
