Very comfortable and clean apartment, as were the whole place. Excellent offer on restaurant food all you can eat buffet breakfast and dinner. The lunch was massive 4 huge pieces of kfc style chicken with chips and salad was fab. Excellent quality too. The pool was a bit strange but still very usable shame it was so cold though. I guess heating it would cost a small fortune unless using solar but that would spoil the landscape a bit. Overall it was a lovely place to stay. On the minus side were the ants in the kitchen coming through the window frame because there is no sealant and just a gap so food had to be hidden in the microwave or fridge. On booking there was no choice to have an accessible room on the ground floor which would have been nice. We were told none available when we arrived. Im really glad we stayed here and not the place up the road but maybe Im just getting old and miserable these days.

Outstanding Aparthotel! Just returned from a lovely relaxing break at these lovely apartments. Rooms cleaned every day, staff so so friendly. Lovely restaurant and pool bar too. The pool itself was immaculate, as was the area around it. We had an upstairs apartment, which was lovely, but had a bit envy of the downstairs ones, that had their own little garden with sun loungers. Best of all, no sunbed wars! Plenty to go round. Punta Prima is a lovely little resort, even though we were still classed as out of season, so not everything was open. Jumped on the bus one day to take a trip to Mahon for the day. Really good public transport and very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend both the hotel and the resort!

This hotel is not 3 star it’s a 5 star hotel for sure beautiful big apartments , clean kid friendly pool area and outstanding service. Choose this hotel as I had a disabled son and mother so it needed to for fill a number of needs … the 2 bedroom apartment have there own patio with 2 sun beds and a table and chairs, kitchen is fully stocked to make meals if your self catering. On site restaurant is great family friendly place or there’s a selection of restaurants within 5to10 minutes walk . Punta prima is a quite small town so if you want a party holiday stay away . Beach is family friendly very shallow clear blue water great bus service to Mahon

This is a real gem of a place. The site, pool and gardens are all immaculate. Our room was first class, every was just as you would want it to be. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool, which was great to sit out on in the late evening. We were B&B but upgraded to Half board. The food was good quality, very tasty, varied and extremely good value for money. But the best thing are the staff. I can't praise them enough. Friendly, Helpful and nothing too much trouble. This was a return visit and it won't be our last.

We have been here 7 times now as of Sept / Oct 24 and usually visit twice a year May and now Sept / Oct for 2 weeks each time. We have come to love this place and all it offers or not. We have been visiting the resort of PP for some 30+ years and so we have a very biased opinion and make no apologies for this. The island of Minorca is in general more subdued and chilled than the other 2 islands and this is exactly what draws people back year on year - there is something for most if you research enough but it is no Ibiza or Majorca. The Comitas Isla Del Aire complex while very child friendly is also good for couples / singles and owld duffers like myself and the wifey. Just read all the other comments about the complex and trust they are all correct apart from the negative ones which are unfounded in my opinion. We all holiday differently and have different expectations but some are just plain silly. Any issues with regards to the apartments are dealt with straight away as long as the maintenance team are available and you report it asap.

We were celebrating 25 years of happy married life along with our daughter and her partner, who joined us the day after we arrived. The apparent was clean and well serviced, along with a really can do attitude from the staff. We had breakfast included and this did not disappoint, plenty of choice and a nice clean restaurant. We would recommend this to couples and families.
