Insotel Punta Prima Resort

Fantastic stay at this hotel, accommodation was great, food was lovely and freshly made. Italian restaurant could be better and a bit underwhelming compared to restaurant. Animation team were the highlight of the holiday! One point that made us laugh was asking for a white wine at evening meal and getting the whole bottle instead of a glass! Excellent stay, we will definitely come back for another holiday!

Absolutely fantastic resort with some of the friendliest staff I’ve experienced. From reception to waiting staff, cleaners and entertainment staff, the friendliest hotel we’ve stayed at. Nothing is too much trouble. A credit to the Insotel group. This is a fantastic hotel/Spa and 10/10 hardly does it justice. From the amazing array of food which changes daily in the buffet restaurant, through to the a la carte restaurants on site, you are spoilt for choice on the food front. Then there is the choice of the pools. We only used the top pool found at the north of the site. Much deeper, quieter and less kids, adjoined by the Il Faro restaurant where you can get lunch, drinks and snacks throughout the day. We also enjoyed an evening meal here (pre booked). The south pool and splash pools for the kids, coupled with the various water slides means you’ll never be bored of where to swim and sun bathe. The entertainment and artistic teams put on fabulous shows on an evening which is mixed with third party acts. We saw a Mowtown group from South Africa, an acrobatic act from Mongolia and another circus type act from somewhere I cannot remember. The effort put in and the quality of performers is really excellent. I would wholeheartedly recommend this for couples and families alike. A fantastic holiday on the beautiful island of Menorca.

An amazing place for children. Lotsof action for kids animation team superb. Evening entertainment was very good. The food is good but as usual could be warmer but ther is a microwave for use in dining room My daughter was 50 whilst there and we got in to the Italian restaurant as a treat . It was delicious food and very good friendly service I am a 74 year olld lady and I struggled with the up hill treks to big splash pool and other pool and football pitch. I am reasonable mobile so don’t think i would have.coped otherwise. If you are in room4702 there is a problem with the safe as it was tempremantal and did not always lock. We reported this to reception as we had 20Euros taken we knew it had gone as it was from 100 euros given all in tens as birthday money. Guest relations lady called Tanya was lovely and took care of this incident very professionally. I do hope they have followed through and totally replaced the safe We did find it difficult at times to get sunbeds especially under the shaded area you need to get up early All in all this is a lovely place and had I had young children I would definitely go back they really look after them and I’m sure as a family you will make some wonderful memories

Absolutely loved this resort. Could not fault it, beautiful location only 20-25 minutes transfer from airport. Lovely apartments with air con, we had one with sea view which was lovely. Food great, entertainment was fab (very talented singers, dancers) 2 splash parks for younger children and hydro slides for older kids. Beautiful large pools 2 out doors, 1 indoors. Short flat walk to a lovely little beach where you can snorkel and watch the fish. Plenty of Sun loungers . I loved this resort and would definitely recommend it and would be happy to return 10/10 from me

Except a few minor flaws, almost perfect vacation with family. Very nice and clean resort with nice swimming pools, sport possibilities, good food, great animators and activities (both for adults and children). It was hard to leave this place after a week.

i don’ t usually leave reviews but i feel that this hotel is in need of some serious work. Ants all over the first room that we got to. When we went to reception to ask to be moved this was dealt with promptly, however we were advised that this was a particularly problem for every room… onto our second room, they were not wrong. The ants were rife, even one crawling along my daughter one night whilst in bed, needless to say she was horrified. Food also not great, with little cutlery always on the hunt in particular spoons. I will not be recommending this hotel and most certainly will not be returning.
