Stay for many time, hotels getting old, but still in good conidition

The breakfast was very crowded and it was such a busy hotel with a lot of functions

This is a clean, comfortable hotel, very close to the airport, that's ideal for people transiting through the city.

The rooms are clean and spacious. But the food at the eatery is not so good.

Overall experience was ok

Hotel was good in terms.of cleanliness and food..just the staff was little confused and slow..overall a good hotel to stay in..

Mr.sajal das provided good service during my meals at Four Points by Sheraton. I stay there for 15 days and each day room cleaning and laundry service was provided timely. They provided cab facility to pick and drop to my office timely whenever I required. So altogether it was happy stay.

The check in process was as smooth as possible. Complimentary tea and biscuits were sweetly offered to us, we were given good hospitality and attention at all times by the amazing crew. Hot towels and wipes at check in really make a good stand out...our room was a suite with complimentary lounge access and was very luxurious and comfortable. Complimentary lounge access included free - unlimited tea/coffee and snacks with either 60 ml IMFL liquor or 2 beers... The breakfast buffet has nice spread of options with 2 live counters... In all it was an a excellent stay and kudos to Ms Moon, Mr Swapnil and Ms Sudha for making our stay quiet a remarkable and remembrable one. Thanks, Mayank Chauhan

Traning Executive Avijit was great service was excellent and he offered us complimentary cake and he recognised my brother it really gives me immense pleasure highly recommend this place eatrey for all guest great sence of humar and best service that Avijit given us thank you Avijit for your service

Very great vibe and place food are so nice Sayuri and Sagarika behaviour was specially appreciated Buffet is great for lunch with a lot of options and quality food. Will recommend to everyone for good food and lovely people to take care of you

Disclaimer: This review is based on my personal overall Wedding Experience at the hotel and has nothing personal to do with the hotel staff. Miss Neelam Nepali delivered 100% of what was committed and made sure the event was smooth and successful. Mr. Sangram did some things out of his way to make my Wedding Experience better. Although my overall Wedding experience was positive, there were a few aspects highlighted below that made my experience slightly unpleasant at certain points : 1. Food Quality: The food served on the wedding day was nowhere close to what we had tasted and finalized during the food trials. The dishes that were so carefully selected turned out to be poorly prepared and lacked the quality expected from a 5-star hotel. This was shocking, especially since I have always been confident in Four Points, having visited their properties across India. This kind of inconsistency in food quality is unacceptable for an event as important as a wedding. 2. Misinformation About Venue Charges: [Previous Review] The management provided me with incorrect information regarding the venue charges. I was explicitly told that the hotel charges a separate fee for the venue but was assured they would waive it as a goodwill gesture. However, upon confirming with multiple sources later, I learned that the charges are always on a per-plate basis, and the claim about waiving venue charges was entirely misleading. This felt deceptive and unprofessional. [Updated Review on 21st Jan 2024] The management communicated that venue charges are applicable during the peak season. Since my wedding was during the peak season, the charges applied as per the management. So the issue can be neglected considering the seasonal charges. 3. No Complimentary Room for Bride and Bridesmaids: The hotel did not provide a complimentary room for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready. This is something most venues, especially 5-star establishments, include as a basic courtesy for weddings. For a hotel that prides itself on being a part of a reputed chain, this level of service is disappointing and unacceptable. I sincerely hope they take steps to improve their management and ensure no other couple has to go through such an experience on their special day
