This is a clean, comfortable hotel, very close to the airport, that's ideal for people transiting through the city.

The rooms are clean and spacious. But the food at the eatery is not so good.

I’m currently staying at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Serviced Apartments, Pune, in Room 907, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite being a Gold member, I was assigned a room that is in poor condition. The sofa is shabby and visibly dirty, the walls appear tampered with, and the flooring is uneven. What’s worse is the constant noise from the nearby highway—it genuinely feels like the room is located on the highway. I had initially requested a quieter room due to noise issues, but was instead shifted to this one, which is even noisier. It felt like a deliberate move, almost retaliatory, for asking for a peaceful environment after a long day of business work. The breakfast experience has also deteriorated over my visits. The variety has reduced significantly, and the serving time has increased. On most days, I’ve had to rush out without a proper meal, which makes me wonder if this delay is intentional to discourage guests from eating fully. Overall, this stay has been disappointing and frustrating. I expected better service and hospitality from a reputed brand like Sheraton. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious and consider other options if they’re looking for comfort, peace, and professionalism.

What made matters worse was the relentless traffic noise from the nearby highway, making it impossible to get proper rest or focus on work calls. Despite specifically requesting a quieter room, I was shifted to an even noisier one, which felt dismissive and inconsiderate. For a hotel that claims to cater to professionals, this is simply unacceptable. The staff, particularly at the front desk, were indifferent and lacked even basic courtesy. There was no sense of ownership or effort to resolve genuine concerns. Instead of helping, they came across as cold and almost punitive for raising issues — a stark contrast to the service standards expected at a property under the Sheraton name. Breakfast service was equally frustrating. The spread has become minimal.

Absolutely liked everything about this hotel Four points by Sheraton Pune From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations. hotel staff were very attentive.

Housekeeping is very nice, especially Rahul and Bhushanbudda. Overall experience was amazing including food and services.
