Very good , worth for the price . The staff are very friendly , foods are good and the room ready comfortable . The check in process is simple and straight forward and they very efficient. Highly recommended

confortable hotel near to the shopping mall

Only hotel location was good . Food was bad . Brekfast pathetic and cold and service is too bad at breakfast table too . The reason last day I did not go to eat breakfast . Rooms ok but bathroom too smelly . And hair dryer also doesn’t work when asked to change too so long and waste lot of . I have booked this brand as I know the brand is too good but now I won’t stay any more in Hyatt properties , before two days only o stayed at Weston it was just as. Awesome 100 by 100 no complain at all .

Great choice if you need to stay in this side of the city. The facilities are very good and the staff is helpful.

푸네가면 첫번째로 찾게 되는호텔입니다~ 조식때 사람이 좀 많은걸 빼면 다 괜찮은거 같아요~ 위치또한 공항이랑도 멀지않고 근처에 큰 쇼핑몰도 있고 해서 좋은듯합니다~

Overal the facilities like cleanliness, beds, bathrooms, and all the things in the room, lobby etc were awesome. All support staffs be it security, front desk, restaurant staffs were very professional n holistic. Keep it up TEAM HYATT...

Rooms are so clean and refreshing.Staff are so polite food is also good . Bed is more fluffy which can be little painful to our waist.Mirrors must be full in length as suit rooms having. Apartment rooms must having more attention as they are so far may be they are neglected.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Pune for a business trip and had a wonderful experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and productive. The hotel's amenities and services were top-notch, with particularly great hospitality from Louisy, who was attentive, kind and helpful throughout my stay.

Suddenly we plan for dinner,and we came with our family at pune 14, amazing staff ,with warm welcome given by Mr Ankit Kotal,also he brief about buffet, served starter and mocktail,we really appreciate about his service...thanks to make our dinner memorable,we came again for him.
