Great location, lovely and welcoming staff who will go out of their way to make your experience good. Wide variety of breakfast options, with great dishes cooked to order. Only negative was the relatively frequent power cuts, which caused some interruption.

I recently stayed at the Blue Diamond Hotel, a SeleQtions property by Taj, for one night and two days. SeleQtions hotels are known for their unique identity, location, history, theme, and cultural significance, with the aim of celebrating individuality and offering memorable experiences. However, I found that this particular property fell short in delivering on some of these promises. Pros: Location: The hotel is conveniently located just 3 km from Pune station and 6 km from other key attractions. Staff: The staff were very polite and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Rooms: I booked a premier room, which was neat, clean, and well-maintained. The overall ambiance was pleasant. Service: The service was efficient and added to the comfort of my stay. Cons: Cultural Representation: While the hotel is marketed as a SeleQtions property, I didn’t find it to reflect Pune's rich traditions, local culture, or architectural uniqueness. Food: This was the biggest disappointment of my stay. Pune is known for its vibrant and flavorful local cuisine, but the food served at the hotel was basic and lacked the essence of regional flavors. Both dinner and breakfast were underwhelming and failed to meet expectations. Final Thoughts: Although I enjoyed my stay overall, especially due to the excellent service and comfortable rooms, the food experience did not align with the hotel’s promise of celebrating local culture. Next time, I would prefer dining outside to truly experience Pune’s culinary delights. So i have given one point less for food.

The service at very high standards. kudos to the whole team. Loved every bit of hospitality, right from the arrival to the check out The team stands out and delivers the best - THE TAJ WAY. Cleanliness is spot on and the rooms gives us the experience of grandeur.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days with my aged parents and daughter. It was a wonderful experience and we had a great time. The staff is extremely helpful and kept checking with us if we were comfortable with everything. The food was also good and overall cleanliness is superb

It was a last moment decision to stay in Blue Diamond hotel, KP, Pune. However, we got excellent room and service, all thanks to Mr. Mateen. The hospitality was a top notch. We thouroughly enjoyed the stay. Would like to Visit again soon. Regards to Mr. Mateen.

Excellent and warm service, great facilities, and great food. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Everything was clean and prompt. We loved the meals - everything tasted amazing! Would definitely come back again. The whole experience was professional yet personal, and the staff took great care to make us feel right at home.

We celebrated our 10th anniversary in blue diamond last week and loved the overall setup and how staff gave us little surprises like pastry or bed decoration. The food was also great , both breakfast and dinner. Overall it was a lovely stay. The staff took good care of us.

We went there to unwind and the hotel staff ensured that.they gave us a fabulous room and gave us extra bed for our kid so that all 3 of us could have enough space to sleep. The pool was the highlight and a few more curated experiences for our child enhanced the overall experience.thank you blue diamond for this unique experience.

Pillows were fluffiest and bed was soft and comfy.Room service was very curtous and prompt.Check out was a breeze.My pet Shitzu Zooro enjoyed his stay thoroughly.We hosted an dinner party for cousins in our room and they enjoyed the food and ambience.
