I recently stayed at the Blue Diamond Hotel, a SeleQtions property by Taj, for one night and two days. SeleQtions hotels are known for their unique identity, location, history, theme, and cultural significance, with the aim of celebrating individuality and offering memorable experiences. However, I found that this particular property fell short in delivering on some of these promises. Pros: Location: The hotel is conveniently located just 3 km from Pune station and 6 km from other key attractions. Staff: The staff were very polite and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Rooms: I booked a premier room, which was neat, clean, and well-maintained. The overall ambiance was pleasant. Service: The service was efficient and added to the comfort of my stay. Cons: Cultural Representation: While the hotel is marketed as a SeleQtions property, I didn’t find it to reflect Pune's rich traditions, local culture, or architectural uniqueness. Food: This was the biggest disappointment of my stay. Pune is known for its vibrant and flavorful local cuisine, but the food served at the hotel was basic and lacked the essence of regional flavors. Both dinner and breakfast were underwhelming and failed to meet expectations. Final Thoughts: Although I enjoyed my stay overall, especially due to the excellent service and comfortable rooms, the food experience did not align with the hotel’s promise of celebrating local culture. Next time, I would prefer dining outside to truly experience Pune’s culinary delights. So i have given one point less for food.

Had been to saloon.. service is excellent Given by ashraf shaikh.. Ive been much regular at this place... Its just like home to me..... Its the perfect place for relaxing and experience with ashraf is so homely.... Its in centre of pune and nearby

1. Swimming Pool was not temperature controlled and the water outlay in shower location was choked 2. Food was average 3. Spa experience turned out to be bad that translated to back-pain after coming back to home 4. Not many activities to do for kids or family 5. Rooms were basic

I had a fantastic experience during my stay, beginning with a warm welcome from Mr. Chetan at the front desk. Pratikha and Aishwarya provided consistent assistance throughout, always willing to help. Mr. Charles and Mr. Nilesh served with genuine smiles and exceptional courtesy, making the stay even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team was quick and thorough with their cleaning routine, ensuring everything was in perfect order. At the gym, Mr. Mahesh was prompt in accommodating my sauna requests. Overall, it was a truly relaxing stay, and I highly recommend it. I look forward to visiting again.

I stayed there for 1 day and wanted to celebrate my wedding anniversary. The staff at the hotel was very cooperative and always happy to help. I coordinated with Pratiksha which made the arrangements very easy and any last minute changes were also addressed. Overall i am very happy to choose the hotel for my special occassion

I have been visiting this salon for the past 4-5 years the reason is I get a proper service, the hygein of the salon is top notch & Mr Ashraf is very humble & cooperative & has good know product & styling . They also serve you hot beverage. They also have a spa.

Great place to stay. Airport pick up was swift. Check-in was quick even as 1:00 at night. Room was clean and cozy. Reception staff was courteous. Breakfast spread was nice and all the staff members in Latitude were helpful and courteous. Live flute music was soothing. Food in the Whispering Bamboos was delicious. Staff was attentive and courteous. Overall excellent place.

I was at Blue Diamond Pune for 14 days as a part of business / company accommodation, my stay was quite fabulous. Food at Latitude restaurant was quite good, desserts in particular were abundant. Overall hotel staff is quite polite. The flute player at breakfast buffets was a standout delight. Managers at the hotel & restaurant were quite warm and helpful - they recommended the live counter, which serves delicious food items. Rooms were neat & regularly cleaned. I also availed laundry services, found it to be upto the standards. I was quite satisfied in my 2 week-stay here.

A warm and well run hotel. polite and professional staff. right from the manager to the intern to the F&B crew , each one was ready to help and made my stay comfortable. Would love to return. Fantastic food , had dinner and breakfast both the meals were great.
