brekafast good, food good, location good, but one reception not helpful asked three questions. a) can i have an extra key, answer i can' help. b) can you call a taxi for me, answer i can't help. c) can you make a restaurant reservation, answer i can't help. basically they do not want to help at all at the front counter. behavior of young reception , not interested to resolve customers needs.

They actually do not care about families, they have people living since ages so if you are coming with your family and wish to have stress free few days they will make sure that you don't have, especially the on duty manager stephen and the front desk guy shubhankar, they don't know how to talk to customers, probably cause they are so "overlooked" with the guests, they do not care about your complains They put us in a room with broken dishwasher that got choked up Next the room jet was not working The door lock not working .later at night they shifted us to a room that was not clean full of dust , rusted rice cooker Rusted knife, they just don't care Only people who care are the floor girl gauri and the watchman, rest all management has made our trip really for forgetful And I know this one review won't do anything but this is their truth they don't care about Indian guests and only cater to foreigners

Good large spaces and good service. Staff is helpful and courteous. Breakfast and room service food is quite good. would surely recommend

We have booked this serviced apartement hotel with a group of people for 10.nights and the service in relation to the price was absolutely great. They helped in every second. Laundry Service is great, rooms are spacious and cleaned very well for indian circumstances. The food is very good in relation to the price and the service is absolutely great. I especially want to name two boys here: Ejaj from the Front Office and Honey from the Restaurant - Management should seriousely promote those guys!!! I worked for many years in luxury hospitality - they are rocking the Show! Only thing - matress is way too hard.

Very warm and helpful team and also quite accommodating. The food is good too. I have had a pleasant stay, everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping and restaurant team were very welcoming and lovely, i would stay here again for sure. Pirayeh the guest relations manager was super helpful and addressed all my queries and offered a solution to them quite swiftly and promptly.

The hotel is fantastic, the room is excellent. The room service is fantastic and the hotel worker Jaychankar helped us find our missing ring from the lobby, that was very helpful and the pool was fantastic. The food was really delicious and comfortable for the kids to have . The game room was fun.
