Oakwood Residence Naylor Road Pune

brekafast good, food good, location good, but one reception not helpful asked three questions. a) can i have an extra key, answer i can' help. b) can you call a taxi for me, answer i can't help. c) can you make a restaurant reservation, answer i can't help. basically they do not want to help at all at the front counter. behavior of young reception , not interested to resolve customers needs.

They actually do not care about families, they have people living since ages so if you are coming with your family and wish to have stress free few days they will make sure that you don't have, especially the on duty manager stephen and the front desk guy shubhankar, they don't know how to talk to customers, probably cause they are so "overlooked" with the guests, they do not care about your complains They put us in a room with broken dishwasher that got choked up Next the room jet was not working The door lock not working .later at night they shifted us to a room that was not clean full of dust , rusted rice cooker Rusted knife, they just don't care Only people who care are the floor girl gauri and the watchman, rest all management has made our trip really for forgetful And I know this one review won't do anything but this is their truth they don't care about Indian guests and only cater to foreigners

It is great experience staying here ,staff are very polite and rooms are very spacious ,feels good spacious and airy with balcony and kitchen ,you have every amenities of 5 star hotel here . I happened to come here at birthday ,they took extra effort to wish me and sent goodies and cake on my birthday. I prefer to live here then in any 5 star hotel with my family .

Visited with family and friends and had a very nice stay. Oakwood lies in a nice neighborhood and is located in the center close to the airport. The staff is very helpful and polite. Due to unexpected circumstances we had to rearrange our stay, but they were really flexible. Also great facilities available in addition to their delicious restaurant.

Mr Ejaj Patel at the reception is one of the best reception desk guys i have come across in recent times. He was helpful, honest, sincere, accommodating and at the same time well mannered and well spoken.He explained the house rules, inclusions and exclusions to perfection..Most of the people at the reception these days are rude and think of themselves as the owners of the hotel and behave as if they are giving the room for free. But Mr Ejaj Patel has restored my faith in Oakwood residence Naylor road Pune. Coming back after a decade to this hotel. It definitely needs some renovation and restoration. Thank you Oakwood

Very nice hotel and services. Beautiful street surrounded by greenery all over. Breakfast was awesome. Our housekeeping was perfect - thanks to Jayshankar Ji and Rubina Mam. Very much appreciated and very much recommended. Thank you for everything and hope to be coming here again.
