The cab arrangement was not good. Due to poor management, the cab driver picked me up with 2 hours delay. In addition, due to that the the time became traffic jam time. I disappointed it. Except the cab management, other are good.

The stay was fine, you can taste great food at the ground floor restaurant and just a stone throw from the nearest Phoenix mall and airport. Room rate is reasonable but Aircon is too cold at times.

Ibis Pune is one of the best business travellers hotels in Pune. You get almost 5 star experience at a very decent price. Super customer centric staff, super comfort, super safe.

Good space, clean room.. Basic amenities (only soaps and towels) . It was ok for the price and last minute booking. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, the food hall was spacious but some funny smell. The thing that makes this a good place to stay is location. Also, staff was helpful and courteous with their time and advice. Food was good spread of North and South Indian cuisine.

初めてのプネー出張で利用しました。空港やショッピングモールからも近く、とても利便性の良さを感じました。部屋は1人で宿泊するには十分の広さで清潔感もありました。スリッパがないのは残念に感じました。朝食はもう少し欧米的なものを期待していましたが、殆どがインド料理だったところが、選択肢の少なさから残念に感じました。でも便利で清潔でしたので、次回のプネー出張時もまた利用したいと思います。

มาตรฐานไอบิสในทุกปรนะเทศเราว่าโรงแรมดีใช้ได้เลยค่ะ ุราคาถูกดี ไม่ไกลสนามบิน ถ้าไปปูเน่อีกก็จะไปใช้บริการที่นี่อีกค่ะ

I have stayed for one week and found the rooms compact but clean. The staff is not much welcoming at the reception. SpiceIt restaurant inside the hotel has attractive appearance. The breakfast menu is limited but have enough variations for a short duration stay. The rooms dont have big clossets so you may find it difficult for olacing the large bags.

Great place, good service - specially Suaib who was at the door while entering and leaving. Could have more variety in buffet but well made. Great location near airport and other malls and hotels. Suggest coming here for the aesthetics too.

During my 14-day stay at the hotel, I was consistently impressed by the Sardarji (Mr.Rajinder) at the security entrance. His friendly and approachable nature made a great impression from the start. I recently stayed at ibis Pune Viman Nagar, and I must say the housekeeping services were exceptional. Ankush and Indrajeet did an amazing job ensuring that the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly attitude made the stay even more comfortable. I stayed 7 nights, The stuff(Mr.Mufeez) is very kind and provided thorough cleaning.Breakfast food is nice, Bar also very nice.There is big shopping mall near this hotel, can go by walk.Overall, I recommended ibis Pune Viman Nagar hotel.
