I stayed at Bubu Villa for my family trip - with my wife and 2 teenagers. Bubu Villa is well located at the end of Long Beach and it is one of the best places to stay in Pulau Perhentian. The staffs were very friendly, facilities were well maintained, the food (both the breakfast and grill-dinner) were great as well. I would surely stay here again and I do recommend Bubu Villa to others who are looking for a premium place to stay in Pulau Perhentian.

Nice hotel , perfect location and friendly staff , the breakfast is amazing and the kitchen staff prepare whatever you want . The furniture of the rooms is old.

I wanna give some information about the garden villa and ocean villa, garden villa is way better than ocean villa , it has private yard, it’s a little far from the lobby for more privacy and peace, but ocean villa is near the restaurant and it’s not private, the residence of gardens villa should pass by ocean villas to get to their room and it’s not even beach front, it doesn’t have private yard so the guests couldn’t open the curtains and use the view 🫣it should be half price of garden villa but it’s more expensive 😑 the toilet and bathroom doesn’t have door but has view to garden. The stuff are great. 👍🏼 The food is the best in the island but totally is average. Snorkeling with firus was amazing.😝 Everything is perfect, I highly recommend this villa.🫶🏻

Superb hospitality from ALL the employees. They are all super friendly and helpful! Booked a Garden View room and it’s just perfect. Room and surrounding compound is spacious, quiet and peaceful. Though the food prices are quite expensive compared to the other stays. Location is located at the end of Long Beach and the crowd is lesser here too.

房間很大，有庭院，有一點小馬代的感覺，但沒找到吹風機。餐飲不錯，味道OK，食材新鮮，略貴於其他附近餐飲。服務還是比較熱情的，尤其是早餐的現點餐飲服務員工，非常熱情主動詢問是否有需要order的餐品，主動服務難能可貴，感受很好。但前台服務比較敷衍，看似熱情但不解決問題，去到等了很久沒有人主動告知可以入住，去到前台詢問，幾個談天説笑的女服務員才笑笑説現在ok了，離開時也是因為前台安排等待water taxi錯過了船班，明明我們已經很着急多次詢問，前台都告知沒有問題，船經常會遲到的，我要求他們打電話告知船公司我們還未上船，估計也是沒有溝通，很無語，對顧客的服務不應該衹是在表面熱情，希望能真正為客人解決問題，而不是製造問題。

Everything we could have hoped for. From the moment we arrived at Besut the staff were efficient and helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them. This really is a luxurious hideaway tucked away at the nicest end of Long Beach, but a short walk from everything else that’s going on in the evenings. The rooms are clean and modern. We were a family of 5 staying in the family villa. A bit cosy for 5 adults but still very comfortable. The catering was excellent and the staff were so helpful. We really didn’t want to leave when the time came.

We really enjoyed staying at Bubu villa. The beach is incredible, the location of the hotel is great and the staff is very kind. The breakfast was also particularly good : diversified, tasty, the cooking team vas very considerate. The offered cocktail is also of good quality. We recommend this hotel !

This resort is probably the best choice here at Perhentian. It's s kinda small and well integrated in the environment (not like some concrete monsters), and it's located on long beach, where you can find a lot of entertainment even in the evening. The beach is the beast part of long beach, with a wide part without boats where you can swim, see a lot of fish and many baby sharks. Rooms are wide and comfortable, service is good and staff super kind. Breakfast is very good, and even the restaurant is the best on the beach (and you don't risk to get intoxicated like in some places...). The happy hour with free cocktails scores the final point. I really had a good time here.

I just read old reviews and negative comments, and I guess things have changed since then coz our stag was amazing! Most expensive hotel in the island, but worth the location, the service, the food….. If anything could be improved? The wifi (lol, I know, on paradise island we should scroll and post.. 🤭) . Maybe improve the coziness of the bedroom. But it was all topped of by the gorgeousness of the shallow beach, the beauty of the main entrance, the free cocktail and snacks, the delicious F&B at all meals…. We did an island hoping thanks to a water taxi nearby…. It was fabulous! Come!

Overall a very nice experience, the beach is stunning, the rooms are nice and the food is excellent! 5 stars for the Chef Waqar, his breakfast is amazing! Try the pancakes :)
