Single-family house "Linden Tree", 2 storeys. In the district of Valdebek 2.5 km from the centre of Pula, in a sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. Private: property 670 m2 (fenced), small garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 09.May. - 17.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, badminton, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 200 m, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 150 m, pebble beach 4 km, rocky beach 4 km. Tennis 6 km, riding stable 6 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: Amphitheater 3 km. Please note: suitable for families. we were very happy with the accommodation. Enough space for 2 families (4 adults and 7 children). Great, big pool. Everything was super clean!
