Plazamar is a privately-owned and operated condominium within walking distance of all services; unique restaurants, sidewalk cafes, shops, internet cafes, ATM machines, grocery stores, spas, water activities, gym, etc. There is abundant nightlife within a few blocks, but you'd never know it from inside the condo. It is very quiet and peaceful. The building is on a no-through road so there is no traffic noise either. 24/7 management and security.. Our condo is a recently renovated and tastefully decorated one-bedroom condo with living room, fully-equipped kitchen and balcony offering mountain and ocean views. The bed in the bedroom consists of two single beds pushed together to make one king-size bed, or can be separated to two singles. The balcony and roof top at Plazamar both offer breathtaking views of the ocean and the town. There is a private heated pool on the roof with a BBQ and fridge.
