overrated place, arrived at night about 10pm,don't have restaurant open to eat, have insect in the room, booked a king size bed but they gave two small twin beds, staff were nice though

Recommended. Will definititely come back again to this hotel. Nice staff. Friendly. The location is good. Hotel is very clean. Location is near to souvenirs and airport.

It was our return from El Nido and stay for 1 night then got the flight back to our country, the only thing is there is no ATM around so we will need to go to the shopping mall for cash out, other then that the wifi is good and the receptionist is really helpful. She reserved a van for us to go to the airport the other morning for free. I will definitely come back again

Really nice place. Staff was very friendly. This was a last minute stay because we had missed a connecting flight to El Nido and had to reroute through Puerto Princessa to travel to El Nido the next day. Good breakfast, comfortable bed, nice hot water. Would be happy to spend a longer time there.

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und wir durften unser Zimmer länger nutzen,da wir einen späten Flug hatten.Kostenloser Flughafentransport war super. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis der Zimmerausstattung stimmt hier leider nicht.Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten vor unserer Abreise. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Wir hatten die günstigste Zimmerkategorie. Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Klimaanlage sehr alt und laut! Badezimmer alt und optisch unhygienisch. Bettbezug und Handtücher sehr abgenutzt und müssen unbedingt neu. Fitnessstudio ist auch in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool hatte milchiges Wasser. Und die Auswahl beim Frühstück zu wenig. Salat und Früchte sollten mehr sein!

Hotel que cumple. Las habiaciones son amplias, tiene buena piscina y gimnasio. Ademas te llevan en van al aeropuerto gratis. Se podia mejorar el desayuno y la limpieza.

冷氣空調很吵，吵到都無法入眠，房間隔音也不太好，外頭有人說話都可以聽到，熱水沖澡一下熱一下冷讓人很不舒服

I’ve always found one manalo to be a nice hotel offering comfort with exceptional service. You can see a previous review I left. This time something wasn’t quite right, the greeting at the front desk was ok no interest really the room was very good and the bed so big and comfy. The breakfast was poor, but he cereal was mainly crumbs the isda was empty along with sausages. These were filled back up but by that point I’d eaten toast and wasn’t hungry anymore. The boy on service needs training he was playing on his phone most of the time. It feels like new management or something because it isn’t anywhere near the previous standards.

I would not recommend this hotel. It should not be rated as a 3 star hotel. It’s a nice hotel but look like they’re neglecting it and not taken care of. They could have updated the hotel rooms better and keep it cleaner. It doesn’t look good as in the pictures. Rooms are not clean, bathroom smells, bed have tiny bugs so we have to move to a second room. I got a lot of bug bites on my stomach in the second room and was so afraid to sleep at night.

Has been doing tours all over the island, and coming back to nice and clean hotel rooms, friendly staff and polite,good breakfast, ezy to get around , local street food just across the road , cigarette 🚬 and alcohol can be buy just on the little shop on the sidewalk, will be back 👍🏼

The staff was all super friendly and helpful ;) they arranged very nice daytours for me and always had an open ear for my questions or just for a little chat. The rooms are really nice, bed super comfy, the breakfast was very tasty :)

The pictures online look beautiful, however upon arriving, it was not as expected. The bathroom was not very clean. The room lighting is not good. The breakfast was limited, it was not really a buffet as such. WiFi was phasing in and out. However, it did have a free airport shuttle which most hotels in that area provide, anyway.
