Hotel Territorio

It’s a nicely designed hotel: a modern feel, lots of wood and polished concrete, nicely laid out. The breakfast room has large windows and great views across the bay. Bizarrely, so did my bathroom: definitely one for an exhibitionist. (There was a blind.) My room was bright and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the pillows some of the best I had on this trip. The place could do with a bit of TLC. My bath towel had a hole in it. The top of the skirting boards hadn’t been cleaned for months - if ever - although the hotel generally felt and smelt clean. My door was stiff and the lock kept failing, requiring a couple of trips to the reception desk. The restaurant/bar is also a bit of an issue. In fairness, they don’t describe it as a restaurant, but they do serve food in the evenings, which is useful given that the hotel is about 20-30 minutes from most of the town’s restaurants. There are only 4 tables set up for dining and you have to make a reservation to use one. I could have eaten at a less suitable table without a reservation. I went back to my room to decide whether to go out and found the dining tables still empty when I came back 30 minutes later. I was allowed one then. Perhaps if I spoke Spanish I’d understand the system? It was the only hotel I stayed in with no complementary drinking water. That would be an easy improvement to make. Managing the hotel’s idiosyncrasies are some friendly and likeable staff.

Very nice boutique hotel. Walking distance to bars and restaurants, a bit too far to walk to town. Rooms very large and well appointed, very large beautiful bathroom. Nice breakfast. We only stayed one night but wish we had longer. Town is a typical beach town.

Spacious rooms, very clean. Private car park. Good breakfast. View in the sea. Very good service at the reception. Very helpful to book a restaurant although we arrived late. Very helpful wheb we left since they informed us of roadblocks by protesting people and showed us how to avoid them. Location is rather far from the center.

When we arrived, we were impressed with the lobby area. Very nicely done with very nice art and of course the full size whale bone down the hall. Went downhill from there. The girl at checkin showed us the elevator and said byebye. Ok. Our room 403 was worse that the worst Motel 6 in the US. Altho the room was large that's where the good stopped. Let's start with the room - I found a hair on my pillow, NO water in the room, old stains on the chairs and bench at foot of bed, the bed was like concrete. The toilet room had a mysterious hole in the wall, bad patch job on wall by shower, shower miniscule, cheap ripped roller shade on window in shower area. Altho the menu card showed a charge for nespresso, there was not a machine in the room. The chairs were chipped and in need of a refinish. The blanket was thin as were the pillows. Our one meal in the restaurant was mediocre. The pumpkin soup was excellent, but our pizza with arugula was awful. Mountains of cheese with a LOT of raw arugula thrown on top. Yuck. This is not a quiet hotel. The floors are concrete so you can hear chairs, etc scraping along the floors. You do have an ocean view but it is noisy as there is a main drag right outside the hotel. The "grounds" were weedy and the back of the hotel had a used pallet sitting by the window. We had a funny experience with the language barrier. We thought we had ordered two glasses of wine, but got a bottle instead. Well, we had to drink it and it was delicious. This hotel could be very nice if management would look at the rooms as a guest would. The breakfast was subpar, your typical bread and cereal. No bacon and no service at table. There were scrambled eggs in a warmer however.

Las almohadas y el colchón, muy cómodos y mullidos, la limpieza de la habitación impecable, todos los servicios excelentes. Sobre todo, muy buena atención. La calidez del personal, inmejorable. Un hotel boutique con todas las habitaciones y salones con vista al mar, y con el increíble encanto de la bahía del Golfo Nuevo, donde se pueden ver gaviotas, flamencos e incluso... ballenas! Muy buen desayuno, y el resto del día el bar disponible, para tragos, café y merienda o para cenar. Y una muy linda cava. Y otra cosa, una calma y tranquilidad totales, para poder descansar como corresponde. En resumen, sumamente recomendable.

El hotel es verdaderamente hermoso, con buenas vistas e ideal para el descaso. Habitaciones agradables y bien equipadas. A diferencia de los otros hoteles en Puerto Madryn, este estaba casi vació. Entrábamos y salíamos sin cruzarnos con alguien de su escaso personal u otros huéspedes. Lo peor, es su desayuno paupérrimo de bajísima calidad. Las pocas frutas que ofrecen son las mismas de las mañanas anteriores, no se pueden comer por su estado al igual que las otras cosas. El supuesto jugo de naranja es expuesto en una botella y resulta imposible tomarlo sin consecuencias. Una verdadera lástima debido a que este hotel lo tiene todo, pero el concepto miserable en la reducción de costos lo sufre el huésped.

Situé loin du centre de la ville, comme par hasard, restaurant et fitness fermés pour la durée de notre court séjour (ce qui semble être fréquent…) Pas de personnel pour servir au bar, aucune possibilité de se nourrir sur place. « route » d’accès non goudronnée… Je ne peux recommander cet hôtel.

El hotel es hermoso con una vista inigualable. El desayuno esta muy bueno. La atencion excelente. La habitacion espaciosa y con una hermosa vista. Esta a unas cuadras del centro por lo que alquilamos auto .Volveremos en otra temporada para hacer otras actividades en Madryn

El hotel está ubicado lejos del centro, se necesita un auto. Pero lo valore en 5 puntos porque esta a pasos de la Costanera que se puede caminar de punta a punta La habitación , todas, tienen vista al mar, muy limpias, con un olor riquísimo, espaciosa luminosa. Con escritorio, mesa y frigobar, apta para comer y beber algo fresco. Muy silenciosas. Un baño muy amplio Wifi aceptable Atención muy cordial Para mejorar: más opciones de cena, al estar alejado del centro, resulta muy tentador poder quedarse a cenar pero las opciones eran muy limitadas
