I had a booking with Hotel Yvera Cataratas a few months before I was due to stay, on the day of my stay they started sending me messages that my credit card didn't work, I checked and there were no issues, they then moved the date of my booking which made no sense, then they cancelled the booking. I had to spend double the money on another hotel as this place is a joke and seemingly over books and then treats there customers like trash.

La estrella adicional fue por el desayuno, que es bastante decente. Lo que es la habitación, estaba sucia. Con pelos de la huéspedes anteriores en la cama, suelo, baño. No recomiendo para nada la estadía en este hotel, por muy económica que haya sido.

Ottima e moderna struttura, con camere spaziose ed accessoriate. Il personale è estremamente cortese, ed è stato molto gradito il cocktail di addio, offertoci l'ultimo giorno di permanenza. La piscina non è enorme, ma adatta è utile per rinfrescarsi dopo le escursioni. La posizione è comodo per raggiungere il punto della triplice frontiera, ma a qualche passo in più dal centro, con beneficio della tranquilità. Vivamente consigliato

Olha a pior experiência q tivemos, nós hospedamos eu meu marido e meu filho , não dão o mínimo de atençao , são estúpidos. Péssima limpeza, piscinas sujas , banheiro fedendo e sujo e ainda se não bastasse exigem um calçao no valor de R$ 100,00 e ao sair arrumam algo pra não devolver , no nosso caso puxaram a cama e falaram q nós rasgamos o papel que estava escondido atrás da cama! Rediculo e ainda ameaçam de chamar a polícia. Cuidado quem se hospeda fotografe tudo antes de entrar, mas eu jamais recomendo!

Reservé hace 45 días antes de la devaluación. A 3 dias de llegar a pasar año Nuevo con mi marido y 3 hijitos me cancelan por problemas tecnicos de la habitación. Tengo que salir corriendo a ver a donde paso fin de año, ahora hay poca oferta y los precios salen 3 o 4 veces más. No solo no me ofrecieron alojamiento alternativo, sino que tampoco me compensaron y me devolvieron una seña totalmente devaluada.

Hotel súper completo. Gran variedad en el desayuno. Comedor amplio. Con aire acondicionado en todos los espacios. Habitaciones divinas y muy muy amplias. El sector de la piscina, baños y vestidores es hermoso. Todo el personal es muy atento y servicial. Creo que lo único negativo es que si un día se quiere descasar y amanecer un poco mas tarde, es un hotel que se escucha demasiado el ruido en las habitaciones. Y no hay ascensores.

Hotel ubicado a 15 cuadras aprox de la peatonal, habitación para 2 personas cómoda amplia, con mini heladera, no es frigobar, pava eléctrica, tv por cable, aire acondicionado, secador de pelo, jabon, tollas, toallones ,shampoo y acondicionador. Ducha con buena presión de agua. El día que llegamos, nuestra habitación no funcionaba bien el aire acondicionado y la canilla de agua fría del lavatorio, nos solucionaron lo del aire al día siguiente, le faltaba carga, y solicitamos un cambio de habitación por el tema de la canilla de agua fría, cuando tuvieron disponibilidad nos la cambiaron. Atención del personal dispuesto a escuchar y tratar de solucionar los inconvenientes. Desayuno aceptable con variedad pero no se modifica durante los días. Falta mejorar la calidad en el servicio, poca flexibilidad. El horario del del desayuno es muy estricto a las 7 en punto, siendo que las excursiones pasan a buscarte a las 7:30 o antes, generalmente ya tienen preparado el buffet unos minutos antes y no dejan entrar hasta las 7am. Cobran un seguro de 20mil pesos ARS anticipado por daños, puede ser en efectivo o con tarjeta, que se dejan una copia de la misma siendo hoy en día poco seguro, si dejas la habitación en condiciones te lo devuelven en el check out sino te multan según el tipo de daño. El servicio de tv por cable estuvo sin servicio varios días, puede ser debido a las tormentas. El hotel no cuenta con ascensor y tiene 2 pisos por escalera.

Estivemos em 4 casais, hospedados por apenas 1 noite para pegar vôo em Puerto Iguazu. A cama é casal (1,38m), banheiro com ralos expostos, mas o pior e a falta de simpatia dos funcionários da recepção: deixamos o hotel as 6:50, o café-da-manhã abre as 7:00 porém estava totalmente exposto, mas a funcionária não autorizou que pegássemos nem ao menos um pedaço de pão. A nota é boa por falta de avaliações.

Pésima experiencia. Nos sustrajeron dinero de la caja de seguridad. Ningún responsable se hizo presente, no pudimos dejar asentado el reclamo en el libro de quejas, ya que no poseen y terminamos radicando la denuncia en la Policía local. No recomendamos hospedarse allí.
