We loved this place and have enjoyed a great few days. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, the kids loved the pool and it was all good value. The buffet breakfast was included with plenty to choose from (the scrambled eggs are amazing!). We arranged our visits to the waterfalls through a taxi driver called Laura (7 seats) linked to the hotel. She was lovely, very kind and helpful. Give this place a go if you're looking for comfortable and affordable family accommodation.

A perfect place to stay when visiting the falls We stayed in a room in the forest. It was spacious with a fantastic bathroom We ate at the hotel, both nights we were there and had good meals The hotel is in the national park, very close to the falls

We loved the location and overall service. This hotel has cabins connected by a main sidewalk in the jungle. Beautiful!!! Amazing to be surrounded by the sound of nature. Water amenities are only available in the summer since the pool and jacuzzi have not heated water, but at night it looks beautiful with all the lights and water falls for a wonderful picture. We also loved the friendly dogs that received us at the door. The hotel has a restaurant, however one night it heavily rained and we couldn’t have dinner since the cabin is separate from the lobby and restaurant.

This hotel was assigned to us by Viator. Potentially Beautiful but no longer 4 Star! Refrigerator did not work, no attempt was made to fix or replace. When I asked for ice I was initially going to be charged but they then relented. While the room appeared to be very clean the shower ceiling was covered in black mold. Upkeep on the pool since the installation is questionable. Lots of broken masonry. Food was cheap and inconsistent

I was at the YVY Hotel two weeks ago and I have to say this is the first time that I write a review for a Hotel. The room and the amenities were impeccable. The front desk was beyond helpful. The food was delicious. I am very happy we chose the YVY Hotel for our stay. Thank YVY!!!!!

El servicio es malo, no hay atención y mantenimiento del hotel. Llegamos no hay recepción de valijas, hay que llevarlas hasta las habitaciones que son como cabañas. La tele se ve mal, solo tiene canales de TV, las camas están vencidas, la heladera la dejan vacía. El agua para bañarse hay que esperar 15 min para cada baño, el placard alcanza para 1 persona en una habitación de 4. El sector pileta es lindo pero no hay servicio y por lo gral por la tarde estaba sucia llena de hojas y bichos y no se podía nadar. El servicio de desayuno muy pobre y la comida igual, comimos milanesas con puré y estaban crudas. No lo recomiendo en ningún sentido. La ubicación es lejos de todo pero el entorno es de selva. La caja fuerte de la habitación estaba averiada tuvo que venir cerrajero y dejarnos una llave. Poca mantencion y calidad de servicio.

Excelente experiencia… el hotel está en la selva… un entorno natural increíble… súper cuidado y mantenido. La pileta espectacular, permite relajarte después de las excursiones. Las habitaciones renovadas, modernas, muy lindas! El restaurante impecable y a buen precio! El desayuno muy bueno y variado… no tiene jugo exprimido 👎 Todo el personal es súper amable. Volvería sin dudarlo!!!!

Respecto a Recepción, no recibí buena atención de Franco. Sobre la habitación, no puede ser que las tengan con el problema de humedad y el olor. Estuvimos en la 19 y tuvieron que cambiarnos. Además tenía el colchón roto La carta del restaurante es muy limitada y la calidad mala. La pileta es enorme, pero hay pocas reposeras

A prima vista molto bello , poi ci si accorge che tantissime cose andrebbero migliorate. La muffa negli angoli, le luci non funzionanti, le camere che “casualmente “ si scordano di rifare… le gite extra poi alle comunità sono realmente ridicole!
