Hotel esta viejo, tiene 5 estrellas pero no tiene frigobar, viejo, baño olor horrible, pessimo, no lo recomiendo

We have never stayed in a 2* Hotel but if we did, this would be it!! This hotel is one of the worst we have ever stayed in. The hotel itself was completely rundown. The carpets were old, stained, dirty and worn. The rooms were tired, dated and reeked of damp and mould. We encountered several issues with the first set of rooms we were allocated and spent the evening viewing several different rooms, which all in all, were far from satisfactory but the smell was just about tolerable. Now for the food. The quality of the food served at the hotel was disappointing. The options were limited, and the food lacked any taste. We expected a variety of choices to be made available due to the lack of restaurant options within the vicinity. Therefore, the dining experience fell short of our expectations from what is allegedly a 5* hotel!

Hotel in need of a conplete renovation. Old and dirty carpets create an awfull environment, specially if you are prone to dust allergies. Everything seems to be falling apart in yhe room . The mattresses were ok but the blankets had stains. AC does not work. The bathroom was old but clean. Towels should have been replaced 10 years ago, completely worn down. Breakfast is ok, but very bad replacing stuff when it runs out. I've waited half an hour for scrambled eggs after asking for it three times to three different people. When asked if there was someone responsible for the service the answer was no. The pool and gardens seem to be ok, but I did not use them, so can't say anything in detail. It seems to be one of the parts where an effort is being done to keep things together, with tennis courts, a football field and a pool slide. It does look ok. I'm not sure if the cost to value rate is any good here since this was part of a last minute package to visit Iguazu from Buenos Aires. Bus stops very near to the hotel, so it's good to come and go to Puerto Iguazu. The restaurant has a very basic menu and for dinner only a buffet was available. We did not use it and chose to go to town for food My advice is, if you're looking for a nice place don't come here. If you're not picky and can get a nice deal, I've slept in much worst places in Delhi :)

Sitio único, al lado del Parque de Iguazú, de fácilmaccedi, jardín y exteriores muy cuidado, casinropical. Interior, lobby y comedores aceptable. Habitaciones poco equipadas, mobiliario e instalación antiguos y poco mantenimiento. Personal, mejorable

La verdad es que es un excelente hotel para ir en familia. Las habitaciones son amplias y confortables. El comedor es correcto, no va a ganar ninguna estrella Michelin la comida, pero todo se disculpa debido a la excelente atención de los empleados , y aquí no identifico a ninguno en particular, porque TODOS , desde las mucamas , pasando por los mozos hasta los conserjes son extremadamente amable y voluntariosos. Ciertamente volvería a descansar con mi familia a este hotel Lo recomiendo!

Muy muy buena la estadía, todo limpio, colchones excelentes, impecable, las instalaciones cuidadas, mantenidas, desayuno y cena riquísimo. Nada que criticar, super recomendable. Recién llegada de allí. Y la atención impecable. Gracias!!

El hotel se encuentra sin mantenimiento, la comida del restaurante poca variedad y no es rica. La habitación vieja, con olor a humedad y en una de las camas había bichos, amanecimos picados en las piernas y estábamos tapados tres noches seguidas. No lo recomiendo!!!

Muy viejo, desactualizado. Te dan 2 toallas y eramos 3. No entregan 1 por persona. No lo vi nunca. Piscina congelada. La de nilos sucia. La del spa esta buena pero todo sin manteniemiento. Reposeras rotas, olor a humedad. No volveria. Buena atencion pero no vale la pena.

Horrible experiencia! Hotel que ni merece 3 estrellas ! Viejo! Habitaciones con alfombras totalmente humedas y rotas quemasas por cigarrillos ! No tiene frigobar! No tiene el area de spa en uso ! , debido al mal estado del lugar! Pileta vieja , y no muy limpia ! Balcones en algunas habitaciones pero sucios y sin poder usarlos ! Ya que ni una mesita poseen! No cambian toallas no hay higiene! El restaurante de la media pension , un desastre la comida arroz , sopa son algunas de sus platos , no hay coca , ni vino , compran de a poco y se quedan sin! El gerente ( señor Joel) no se preocupo demasiado por explicar .Este hotel pertenece a cadena Eurostar, pero no le ponen ni plata ni ganas! Nadie se ocupa ! No lo recomiendo para nada
